Great to work with from start to finish! Very knowledgeable, honest, and nice people. We needed a new furnace and they were able to install it the next day. Definitely will recommend Guardian to friends and family in the area!

The service technician, John, arrived on time and installed five thermostats. He communicated well and guided me through registering all the devices. He answered all my questions and was great to work with. I highly recommend Guardian Heating & Cooling Service and John.

Fantastic customer service. I manage a 7 unit apartment building. The guy was super thorough. Explained everything. Showed me the readings on his tools. Took pictures of all issues. Gave me access to those pictures, and every other picture they've taken at the building over the last 5 years. I'm very happy!

Prompt professional service after a storm caused a 24 hr. service call. I phoned at 10:15 pm and spoke with their representative. She arranged a tech call by 8:00 am. The technician arrived shortly thereafter, answered all my questions and taught me what repair/replacement will look like going forward, and what my options were. I'm going to continue working with Guardian Heating & Cooling Service.

Guardian provides the most reliable heating and cooling services I've ever seen. Professional, courteous and reasonably priced every time, they're our go-to company and have been for many years. Their technician went the extra mile today cleaning a part of our furnace that has been causing problems, and even had treats for the dogs. Who could ask for more? 10/10!

Guardian Heating & Cooling Service did a great job. They clearly explained the parts and labor costs. They introduced me to the Guardian protection plan that is $9.99 per month. It includes annual furnace service and 30% off equipment repairs. It sounded good so I signed up. Guardian Heating & Cooling Service installed my reliable equipment which is now in the 9th year of operation. The equipment had a first breakdown on June 12 (Saturday). Guardian Heating & Cooling Service returned my call early Monday morning and offered next day service. The furnace blower motor required replacement. It was covered under the 10 year warranty from the manufacturer. This was really good news because the price of a replacement motor is over $900. I think that is a high price for a 1/2 HP 120V AC Motor.

Outstanding sales and service staff. Alen sold me on the company when he provided me with a selection of options for replacing the heating coil in my existing furnace and a new air conditioner to replace the old one explaining the advantages of each one helping me to make My selection. But oh the amazing installers who came to install it all in the worst locations possible on a 90 degree day. They worked tirelessly in an attic through a small entrance hole in a closet to gain access to the furnace to replace the coil and in a cramped space in a garden in full bloom that required them to lift one air-conditioner over another without damaging the garden as they did so. The amazing installers, John and Akeem, were my heroes of the day as they performed their jobs flawlessly. I couldn't be happier and highly recommend Guardian for your heating and cooling needs.

We had Guardian come out to perform a routine cleaning and maintenance of our HVAC system as the weather was warming up. I wasn't paying much attention and let the technician do his thing. He was telling me everything looks good and wanted to run the system for a while to take some measurements. I turned on the HVAC system and it ran for about 15 minutes before shutting off and making a weird noise. The guy literally said "uh oh I hope I didn't break it." He charged me $150 for his services and told me the HVAC system is broken beyond repair and I shouldn't even consider trying to fix it. This was very unexpected since the unit is 7 years old and worked just fine last summer. I googled around and found a bunch of sites saying you shouldn't run the HVAC system when it's cold since that can damage the unit - it was 40 degrees that day. Don't know if that's what broke it, but I'm guessing it was part of the problem.

After wasting hours of my time with multiple visits and stories about how my furnace and water heater are somehow the reason my HVAC system no longer works, and refusing to take responsibility for the damage they did, they finally gave me a quote for a replacement unit and told me they'd give me 50% off. They also managed to break the fan on the condenser after disassembling it for reasons unknown and told me they always take responsibility for their mistakes, but would not fix the fan since the whole condenser needed to be replaced anyway. I got a quote from a well-known competitor and their full price was $400 cheaper than Guardian's discounted quote.

I was a past customer and never had any issues with Guardian Heating & Cooling Service, but it is safe to say I will never deal with them again after this. Guardian was kind enough to refund the $150 they charged for the maintenance, but made no attempt beyond that to recover from the mess they made.

Guardian Heating is my new go to service company. Very responsive, pleasant and helpful. Very reasonable prices. My technician, Tyler, was wonderful. Clean, soft-spoken, efficient, informative, courteous... great experience...will definitely use them again.
