very poor customer service, charged me $150.00 for a part that cost 29.00 and then reused my defective part out of my furnace, all they did was clean it, and the furnace was under warranty. They said it was too much trouble to do warranty claim and it would cost me $65.00 administration fee.

Fast, prompt, and clean. Repair tech wore a mask and was helpful answering a few questions we had about cleaning cottonwood fluffs out of our AC unit.

I love this company
I love this company. They have installed our furnace, hot water heater and air conditioning. Had issue with furnace yesterday. Called and issue was resolved by early afternoon. Apparently we were using the incorrect type of furnace filter.
Repair man also answered some questions I had, and made some excellent recommendations.
