I ordered a shapewear online on Nov 21, 2007, then returned it for an exchange because it was too small. They emailed me on Dec 13, 2007 to notify the receipt of my return. I emailed again in Jan, but I haven't received either exchange or refund yet until now March 2008. Terrible company! I will never buy anything from there.

Had a bad experience with ordering a bra from this company. They have UK, USA sizes and don't explain which is which. They had me ship back the product I bought and ended up not accepting the return. The whole process took over a month. I have never had a worse experience ordering online

DISGUSTING customer service. They mailed me a defective bra, I could never wear it and they refused to replace it!
DO NOT BUY from this company! it is A total FRAUD!
They just take your money and you get NOTHING

I ordered 2 bras from Her Room and one of them was not what I thought I was ordering, plus I couldn't work the clasp to try it on. when I returned it unworn they said it had oil stains on it. Not true, it was just as I received it accept that I couldn't close it because the clasp is not user friendly.
what a rip off, never again. They should be sued for unfair practices. I will contact BBB.

Just made a return to the post office. $14.50 for return of items from two orders including insurance. Please be aware that the customer is responsible for the return shipping charges! Will not be ordering from this site again.

I had the same problem. Returned bra in mint condition. Refused refund because they said it was stained. They
Returned item and couldn't find a spot. The customer is beyond anything I have ever encountered. Nasty, nasty,
Nasty. I am in touch with Better Business Bureau. This company is a fraud. DO NOT BUY HERE!

I returned a garment I ordered for a wedding but ended up finding something local that I could use. I returned the garment unopened, I didn't even try it on. I was refused my refund because they said it was soiled. I explained I didn't even open it but it was my word against theirs. They did return the soiled garment to me and it took intense looking to find the 2 tiny tiny stains that indeed were there. Whoever in their warehouse received this from the previous return obviously missed them. I too will never order from this company again.

Although I have used HER ROOM in the past, this is the worst experience I have ever had using this company and I WILL NEVER use them again. Customer Service is disrespectful and you tell them that you are looking at their own website and still they tell you that you are wrong. HMM--not a good way to win my vote. I tired the online chat, I emailed, and I called and was told that I did not know what I was talking about. I have been charged twice for an order and one never gave me a confirmation. All that the customer service people could say was that only one order was placed. Yet, I am charged for both orders. When I was told to call a specific person, that person could not help me and told me I was wrong. All I wanted was to know why I was being charged for the orders.
I can honestly say this is the worst customer service ever.

I really cant add much that everyone else has posted on here this place has absolutely terrible customer service they are rude and do not care about customer satisfaction, STAY AWAY! this place sucks

I will never buy anything from this company again. Tried to exchange shapewear for a smaller size but could not. The reason they would not exchange the item was because the tags came off as I was trying the garment on. I tried to put them back on. I didnt want a refund, I only wanted an exchange. Terrible policy for exchanges!

Stay away from this lingerie company called Heroom. I wish I had checked the internet months ago before placing an order. It's been two months since I placed my order from them and now I'm still trying to get a refund. I placed two separate orders with different names and credit cards information but same shipping address and still they can't figure out who gets the refund! Even though I have included my invoice, copy of payment. I mean a third grader could complete this transaction with no help from adult! It was to the point that I had decided to do some research and found that there are numerous complaints. Do yourself a favor and stay away from this company...thank goodness my refund I'm trying to get back is only $39.95!

I ordered 2 colors of a bra by Grenier (item #7539L) that I saw were VERY cheaply made as soon as I received them.Not worth the money I paid for it (45$). I didn't even try it on. It was a camisole they claimed had a bra in it. There was no support in the bra whatsoever. I didn't even have to try it on to see that. I sent the item back along with a second one- THE VERY NEXT DAY. They are refusing to credit me for one of the bras because they claim there are makeup stains on it. I did not try it on so these were not my makeup stains...and who uses makeup in that area? Not me. Dealing with customer service was a nightmare. The last lady I spoke to I said "I did not even have to try them on..." and she answered "OH See you just said you tried them on".
Ridiculous. Baiting. Terrible customer service and I will be sure never to order from them again. Be cautious!

First, this is definetly not an opinion, its an actually experience. Customer service is unpleasant. This is the first time I have ever ordered on that site and the first order was nice and simple. They were prompt with emailing you updates and confirmation but once I had to return for an exchange everything went down hill. With good decision, I sent the items back with a delivery confirmation, if I hadn't, I would not have known if they received it or if it's processing. I never received an email about it until I had emailed THEM 2 days later, in which, I did get a respond and confirmation status. Not only were the days told to me misleading but now it is another 2 days later and nothing. At this time, I had attempted to contact THEM AGAIN but this time by phone. I agree with many people about the disinterest in the customer service. I tried to explain my issues about not knowing anything or the misunderstanding email, she showed no concern and continue explaing the processing system and NOW is when it will be processed and delivered! I asked specifically about the time frame and she confirmed and explained how I will get that confirmation email. Within that minute, I did received that email only to inform me that one of the item is back ordered and another on when they should receive them from the warehouse, something she could have mentioned before. Now I'm calling the manager and we also get off from a rough start. After about 15 min of going back and forth, we both finally understood each other and confirmed that the representative should have not said it was being delivered, instead, processed. What a hassle. I haven't received the right size yet so I can't judge on bra quality and satisfaction but because of customer service, I will search elsewhere!
