I recd my items, very well made. Unfortunately, I could not get the shaper to cover my abdomen even though I ordered a 4x. I don't think these items are made for American women's sizes, as if I ordered a 4x here it would have been way too big. I am keeping both shapers (I only tried on one) the waist shapers belt so far is good, it is quite long and wraps tightly.

I was totally impressed with the many products offered for full figured women. Can't wait for items to arrive, thxs.

I love shopping with this company I never have any regrets as far as shopping with this company I love the fact that y'all are on messenger most of the time I get a response in about 24 hours and they will address any concerns that I may have about any order that is present pending or in the past I was sent out an item after the zipper broke and I had it a few months and they still sent me out of brand new replacement really awesome customer service and you are appreciated thank you for your speedy delivery and all of the above never have had any hassle

I actually think that outfit matters more in case a human being wants to communicate with other people. Of course, the vast majority of people doesn't care about how do you look like, nevertheless they take your outfit into account in order to determine whether you impress them or not. It's based in the psychology of people actually. I have decided to acquire some more clothes for my wardrobe because I understand that people like other people looking handsome/beautiful. So, I applied to this company and ordered some clothes here. The quality is excellent, the shipping was rapid.

I order two (2) ultra comfy body shapers, one in brown (XL/2X) and one in black (M/L). I received two brown shapers. The fit, in both sizes I had extra fabric that just creased at my mid section and back. I'm on the short end of height at 5'3" (172lbs) and I have a short torso. I had a feeling I'd run into this issue but reviews by others (and videos) gave the me the courage to go for it. Though I am disappointed that I received the wrong product and the fit wasn't up to par, I'm giving the overall experience 3 stars b/c ordering was smooth and shipping was efficient.

I also ordered the shape leggins with the waist band. I'm keeping this product but can't review it at this time as I haven't worn them yet.

Relatively easy shopping and shipping process. Layout of site is nice. Pages load at an adequate speed. The shapewear is nice, comfortable, contains no itchy tags. It is easy to launder and does not look or feel cheap. Even the light honing on the sides is comfortable. The silicone on the inside of the legs has come soft after I have been washing and wearing it for about three or four weeks now. I would say since it helps hold the legs in place and keeps the shapewear from rolling up, that should be reinforced. I usually air dry it on a rack, but I have dried it on cool air setting in the dryer a few times. Overall, I am enjoying this shapewear and would recommend and repurchase. I purchased shareware from Shapellx. Exchanged it 2 times. Didn't fit properly Didn't make my stomach nowhere near flat it constantly rolled down this is not my 1st time purchasing from them I also purchased a dress that fit horribly also the thing I can come up with is there models stomachs are already flat. The only thing I want is a refund. That's it. But they're giving me a hard time.

I placed an order on 11/19 and the ETA given for standard shipping was 11/29 so /i chose standard shipping. A week later the tracking still shows that its at the original USPS facility and hasn't shipped so I reached out to customer service who said there were delays and the problem was that I chose standard shipping. I am baffled by that answer because had I known of delays I would've paid for faster shipping...

I tried to reach out at least 5 times afterwards to see if shipping could upgraded or something and no response so I just want to cancel at this point. It's now 12/01 and no shipping has happened and no one has gotten back to me. I reached out 4 more times to cancel because I find it sketchy that I've been ignored and I'm not trying to be scammed.

I bought this shaper especially for an event coming up on 12/04. I would wear it when going out with friends as well.

I saw many Instagram ads advertising this business and the ads seems convincing so I wanted to try it.

After seeing many ads for this company i finally gave it a try big mistake I purchased a garment however it was too small so i wanted exchange to size up I go to the website to start return and that's when the run around begins their website says one return label per order however beware this is a lie they will not provide u with return label ok so even after that lie I went ahead and paid for return shipping myself the website states to return unworn garment in its original packaging if possible and to also photograph a pic of the garment and provide them with the tracking information to notify them your return will indeed be in route back to there warehouse I did everything they asked of me and never got a response I waited a week giving them extra time to respond before sending another email and still again no response I ultimately sent about four emails that no one EVER responded to I never got an email even after my tracking information said that my return had be delivered back to them at their warehouse this is unacceptable I WILL NOT AND DO NOT RECOMMEND U PURCHASE FROM THIS COMPANY if so be aware that their customer service is non existent and the return policy is just a bunch of lies and smoke screens I regret even ordering from these people. Lesson learned

Ordered an item, it was too big. Returned and asked for an exchange. They sent the same sizes I asked for a return label because I wasn’t going to pay for return shipping because it was their fault. They sent me the label and I returned it. I just want a refund because you can only chat or email and they only respond overnight. They also keep asking me if I received the second package, and I have told them multiple times I have and send me a refund. I needed this item for a wedding and will not have it in time.

I recently purchased some bras from Shapellx and was disappointed to find out that their 100% fit guarantee is not entirely true. Although their product pages state that there is a 60 day fit guarantee, the return policy excludes bras. This was extremely frustrating for me as bras are notoriously difficult to find a good fit for.

I gotta say, I had a bit of a rough start with Shapellx. I placed an order back in February (order number SYSX-***) and I still haven't received a confirmation number for tracking. I gotta say, I'm pretty bummed out about my experience with Shapellx. This is actually my third time ordering from them, and I was really hoping that this time would be different. Unfortunately, it seems like I'm just not having any luck with their products.

But when I tried to put on the shapewear, I couldn't even get the eyelets hooked. It was a struggle, to say the least. So I decided to give it another shot and ordered the next size up, a 5x. I figured that would solve the problem, but no such luck. I still can't get the eyelets hooked, even on the top one that should be easy to reach.

And that's not even the worst of it. The legs on these things keep rolling up, no matter how much I try to pull them down. It's super uncomfortable, especially when they roll up into my groin area. Not a good look, let me tell you.

Additionally, I typically receive a list and images of the mail and packages headed my way from USPS, but this particular shipment was not listed, nor did I receive any notification about it.

That being said, I do love the product itself. The quality of the shapewear is amazing and has exceeded my expectations. The pieces are comfortable, durable, and provide the perfect amount of support. I especially love how they enhance my curves and create a smooth silhouette under my clothes.
