I wanna complain about Henderson Chevy Dealer in Henderson, NV. I bought a brand new car, a 2015 Chevy Spark LS, from them (also bought 3 previous new autos from them) in the last 25 years of making car payments to GM/Chevy. When I arrived at the dealer to pick up my ordered car, which was supposed to be a RED Chevy Spark LS, they sold it to someone else without telling me and gave me a lavender/purple Chevy Spark LS instead (very annoyed about this). I paid this car off in full a year ago and just found out that there's no spare tire or donut tire in the back trunk area. I called GM corporate office to complain about this and they made a ticket and contacted Henderson Chevy Dealer, but they never called me back. I called them again today and found out that my car didn't come with a spare tire when I bought it. This is crazy and wrong! I think it's illegal and I want GM corporation to make it right by buying me a spare tire or donut tire. I'm waiting to hear back from GM Corporate office. I give Henderson Chevy Dealer a 1 rating. They never told me that there was no spare tire when I bought it, very shady!

I never wrote a review before, but I gotta say, Henderson Chevy is a real pain in the butt. I've been buying cars from them since 2015, and I've had to deal with so many problems. I just went to fix my Impala, and they tried to charge me for stuff that was messed up when I bought it. They said the remote batteries were in wrong, and they had to fix a plastic cover, but they wouldn't cover it under warranty because we didn't bring it in right away. But we had a family emergency, so we couldn't. The used car manager, Jeff, was a real jerk about it. He even tried to say they did me a favor by not charging me for something else, when really they owed me money. I was so mad, but the cashier, Jordan, was cool and gave me a discount and a keychain. But then, as I was leaving, the plastic cover came loose again! I paid for nothing! And don't even get me started on my Silverado. They fixed the same problem twice, but now it's broken again. They won't take it back, even though it's a lemon. The only good thing about this place is Joe, but he wasn't there when I needed him.

I buyed a new car from this place. They sold me a warranty that was supposed to be 7 year 100k miles. But when I got the warranty it was only 7 year 70k miles. I tried to talk to them but they won't call me back. I need help to get what I paid for.

I went to Henderson Chevy on 7/23 for a brake check because my car was making a squeaking noise. The inspection tech said I needed new brake pads and rotors and that it was unsafe to drive. They quoted me $500 to replace them on my small 2019 Chevrolet Sonic, which I thought was too high. I saw their advertising all over the shop and on my Chevy coupons for $129 for new brake pads and $129 for new rotors. The tech said all coupons were for aftermarket parts, but it didn't say anything about that on the coupon. He told me to come back at 3pm to get the brakes fixed and he would take the dealership coupon. We brought the car back and waited for the repair. After 2 hours, the car was done and we got an invoice saying that the customer requested aftermarket parts and now the aftermarket parts squeak. My car sounded the same as when I brought it in. I paid $330 for the cost of new brakes to be riding around in an unsafe car with the same brake problem. I don't even know if the dealership did anything. I want it repaired correctly and my money back.

I bought a 2019 Chevy Colorado from Henderson Chevy on 8/24/2022. The Vin# is 1GCGTEEN0KXXXXXXX. When I got the car, I only got one key that was really old and hard to read. The dealership didn't tell me that I would only get one key, and when I asked for a second one, they said no. The salesman was really rude and said "It is what it is, a Used Vehicle!" I want a replacement key and an extra key for my car. I sent copies of the old key with this complaint. Please let me know what you can do to help. They didn't honor my corrosion warranty and said I don't have coverage, even though I do. They also refused to inspect my powertrain warranty issues. I heard the service manager tell an advisor not to service my car because of the lemons I had on it, which is covered by my 1st Amendment right. The advisor told me I don't have corrosion coverage, but I know I do. They're scamming customers by saying they don't qualify for "lemon law" when it only takes four fixes under any warranty. They denied me service to make sure I got the four things to qualify. They're doing this for GMC, who wants to save money by avoiding a larger settlement for an actual lemon. This needs to be investigated as I believe it's a massive scam that happens all the time. Don't trust the brand, know your rights and protect your assets. GMC makes lemons and requires dealerships to protect them, while customers pay more for services.
