They ran my mom's credit without asking (she found out when she went to the next dealer). They wouldn't remove the extra stuff (about $7K of car upgrades). I told the boss, who was nice but not there. The sales boss and a sales guy helped my mom. This place needs to be checked out.

Braman Honda of Palm Beach Service Department is the worst! I wouldn't recommend them to anyone. I made an appointment but they ignored it and worked on 15 other cars before mine. I had to wait for two days instead of three hours. Their customer service is terrible and they don't know how to communicate respectfully. They overcharge customers to pay for their new office area. They need to learn about time management and effective communication. They are rude, arrogant, and disrespectful. They don't provide correct receipts or documentation. Don't go there, find another place to service your car. It's a major headache dealing with dishonesty and rudeness.

I called Braman Honda of Palm Beach to fix my car's busted radiator and intercooler on April 16th. They sent my ride to a 3rd party, and it took them more than 3 months to finish the job. When they finally called me to pick it up, I noticed that the parts they installed were a different hue from the original. Plus, they scratched my car and "fixed" it with what seems to be nail polish.

I sent in two auto gap refunds to Mr. Sagas at Braman Honda on 8/3, but I still haven't received my refund. I keep getting emails, but no money. I called the gap company, and they said they sent my money to Braman Honda on 9/2. I contacted Mr. and he said it could take up to three months, but my check was already in their account. Today, I emailed them saying I'm going to pick up my check, but they just sent another email saying they're looking into it. They have my money from the gap insurance company, but won't give it to me. They keep making excuses, and it feels like theft to me. This money doesn't belong to them, and I'm tired of emails.

Me and my wife had a real bad experience with Braman Honda of Palm Beach. Our 2019 Honda Pilot Touring broke down in the middle of the road yesterday (7/19) and we had to call Roadside Assistance. They said they would send a tow truck in 90 minutes, but a cop showed up and said we only had 30 minutes to wait. We had to use their towing service and got towed to Braman Honda in Lake Worth Florida. The service rep told us we would get reimbursed, but we haven't been able to get in touch with the claims department. We tried emailing them and contacting a company called ***, but no one seems to know how to help us. The dealer just says it's not their problem.

Me and my wife went to Braman Honda of Palm Beach to check out some cars and talk to a sales guy about maybe buying one. We got hooked up with a dude named *** and looked at a few cars before picking two we liked. We had to wait like 3-4 hours to talk to a finance guy, even though they kept saying it would be quick. While we waited, our sales guy left to help someone else, so we had to pick one car to be interested in. But when we finally talked to the finance guy, he said they were trying to make a deal on the car we didn't pick, and that we should have looked at cars that fit our budget better. We didn't end up buying anything and felt like we wasted our time. Later, we got a letter from PNC bank saying they tried to get a loan for us through Braman Honda, but we didn't agree to that and now we're worried about our credit.
