I jus bought a 2019 4Runner limited with 77000 KM on it and called my local Toyota Dealership for a service appointment at *** Toyota in Kitchener Ontario. The lade from the service department got my VIN number and the mileage of the vehicle and upon checking she told me that there is a service number # 3 That is due on the vehicle and it would be free of cost since your vehicle has extended warrenty, and she added to tell me that there is a recall also would you like to take care both the service and recall at once. I told here for sure, and then i again confirmed with her that I do not have to pay for the service number# 3 which includes oil change and full inspection. She replied absolutely not sir, it is covered under the extended warrenty. Today me and my wife took off from school and work to drop the vehicle for service since they don't have shuttle due to COVID, and upon checking in the person from the service department suprizes me and tells me that you need to pay for the service number 3 and that would be $275 plus tax and plus anything needed for the service and I told him that when I was booking this appointment the service department representative told me that this serivce is covered and you do not have to pay anyting for it. But this person told me that I am sorry and I can not honor what she told you. I am stunned with this kind of customer service where a dealership does not honor the word of their employee. The person further told me that the call is recorded and we will check it and I asked him what will be the outcome of that call checking, he replied nothing. I am trying to file a compaint against *** Toyota in Kitchener Ontario just to make sure that they do not treat other customer and rip them off like me. I want them to honor the words of their employee.

I bought a car from Heffner Motors and traded in my old one. I gave them the money to pay off the old car, but it's been three weeks and they still haven't paid it off. The money to pay it off was taken out of my account.

Brought my car to Heffner Toyota for an airbag recall. Windshield was fine when I left it there. They said it got cracked during service from a chip, but there wasn't one there before. They won't replace it and I shouldn't have to pay. I'm asking them to fix it.

I bought a 2020 car from Heffner on August 19. I was bummed that Toyota didn't include a remote start in their basic package, like other car brands. I told the salesperson that I really wanted this feature to defrost my windows in the winter. I had to bargain for a price that included a "special remote start designed for Heffner". They said it was worth something, so I couldn't get any other extras like winter tires. But the remote didn't work for me. They said it "doesn't go through the computer like most other brands" and can't be set to defrost the windshield when remote starting. They said it works fine, but it's not doing what I was promised. I asked them to take it out and refund the cost, but they said no.

I bought a new car from Heffner Motors on September 9th. I told the sales guy about some stuff that needed fixing, but he didn't answer my email. When they sent me the car, they didn't put on the mudguards 'cause they didn't have any. When I called to get them put on, I told them about the other stuff that needed fixing, but they didn't know anything about it. Finally, they agreed to fix it under warranty. They had to take apart the car to fix it, but they messed up the headliner and the other stuff they took off. They said they'd fix it, but when they were done, there was still more damage. I emailed the boss to set up a meeting, but he sent the service guy instead. I said I didn't want the car anymore and wanted my money back, but they said no and offered to fix it again. I said no 'cause they messed it up before and asked if they'd pay for someone else to fix it, but they said no.
