I had placed an order on Feb 15 night than I changed my mind and I cancelled it right away minutes later...
Do not purchase anything from this fraudulent company.
I ordered a 6 month supply of a product touted as being safe for long-term use for approximately $170, which after further research was the exact opposite recommendation from every herbal research company I read.
Within 5 minutes of placing the order, I called the main # to cancel the shipment only to find out the call center was unable to deal with any issues whatsoever besides taking your money. They referred me to the customer "care" center which did not have a live person that answered the phone, but rather placed you into voice mail. I left a message and four others at this point, with no return call.
After the initial order I promptly submitting the on-line "rma" form which required you to agree to pay $10 for each product as well as the shipping charges before submitting the rma form. I noted my lack of agreement with those policies in that form prior to submitting it. I have received no response in any form nor have I received a product.
With the lack of any customer service whatsoever and the complaints I have now read, it is evident that this is a fraudulent company. I plan to file a dispute with paypal.com and pursue other legal means.
on Jan 26/09 I broke up early - did NOT complete order procedure on the web site, because of dubious checkout system.
They tracked me down, sent me an e-mail "...that they have noticed that I have not completed the order..." and offer me a 10% discount..."
More suspicious than before I went back to the link and closed it.
After that, 5 seconds later, they sent a 2nd e-mail ..."we thank you for your order...will charge your CC (no amount!)...shipping announcement..." !!!
The point is: they did not only track down my e-mail address for "follow up offer", they FINISHED the checkout "by them selfes" of (EVERY !!!???) BROKEN UP ORDER PROCEDURE !!!
Bcs. of my early broke-up, I even dont know yet how much they will/have charged my CC. Add. there is no kind of invoice, order confirmation, payment confirmation etc. available.
Sent 2 mails to Customer Support several minutes after the event by form sheet for explanation-after a day I got a mail ..."call us to discuss personally..."-----oversea!!!???
Answered by mail-will do in writing, refused the order, will not accept shipment, accused them of personal data misuse.
Would very much appreciate further informations about actions against this company. There must be something going on somewhere against them-this has to be stopped.

These people are such a rip-off. I ordered a product from them on November 1. On November 3, my account was charged the $49.95 (the amount of the product) and the money was taken from my bank accout. Weeks went by and I never heard anything from them.
I would try to call, but no luck ever getting through. On November 30, I contacted them by email to explain its been about a month and I have received absolutely nothing. They emailed me back to say that my prdouct would be shipped immediately.
I check my bank account and notice that this company has charged me $99.90!!! They have charged me double the amount for what reason I have no idea. I have no idea how they justify this or why they did this.
I am now out of $99.90 on TOP of the $49.95 that I previously spent, which they kept by the way. I'm out $150 and never even got my product! What's worst, is that I didn't have that extra money in my account, so my bank account is overdrawn for reasons not my fault. Those who have Bank of America know that I will now be charged $37.00 for every single day my account is overdrawn. I'm going to end up out of hundreds of dollars all because of these idiots! As you can imagine, I have emailed them some very nasty emails, have not heard back just yet.
Please DO NOT order from these people! They are scammers!
Healthbuy has a complicated and vague return policy. Read it carefully. They say they will refund your purchase price less shipping but actually charge a $5.00 per item restocking fee. I ordered one item, a six month supply that came in six boxes. I was charged $40.00 for restocking. Numerous emails and complaints did not produce a statement or explanation of how they came up with $40.00 for restocking one item, or even six boxes.
5 X 8 will get you $40.00. How did they come up with that? The item I ordered was returned because the website did not give enough information for me to know that the item was not appropriate for me.
My cost to read the products enclosure: $82.00!
This website will automatically enroll you in a reorder program that will bill you for the product and will not refund anything. If you don’t want to be scammed out of money then steer clear from this site. They stated I selected to be in the program but when I asked to produce my order indicating so they could not. They also didn’t respond to any emails with actual names of who replied. I have sent this product back and will never use this business again. They mention money back guarantee which is false advertising as for this scam service they don’t give you your money back irregardless of whether you selected or not.

Called to order Zetaclear product - at healthbuy.com - girl didnt give me her name, didnt say it was recorded, took my order and credit card, asked for shipping time - tells me 2 weeks, I tell her I need it express - will be traveling very soon, says she cant do that and gives me a number [protected] for customer service on Monday - this was early Sat morning, and hangs up - with no order confirmation number.
I called back - got Tia, Operat # 52841, got Joani - was nice but couldn't cancel it, noted the complaint. Now I'm writing to customer service monday by fax. Notice the other comments of what a poor and fraudulent company healthbuy.com is and am joining the WARNING about this order taking company. Beware!
