Had been experiencing issues with bloating and always having stomach pains since starting a new blood pressure medication. Unfortunately constipation was a side effect to this new medication that was working well to reduce my blood pressure so I was very pleased that this product actually worked to relieve my issues which I no longer have and I am feeling better than ever. Only downside is I find it a little costly and I am trying to figure out if I can continue to afford it.

Ive had alot gut heath products but this feels like its making a difference from day 1. I feel like it works better than any detox product because I feel more regular. I've had alot of gut issues and now I feel like I'm on the right track. Also the containers are not sealed very well causing one especially to leak powder all over the box and on the rest of the order. I was so disappointed but I was sent a replacement of one and I appreciate that. Its the biggest reason I want to leave feedback.

I have been taking the Total Multi Cleanse for about 31/2 weeks and i have experienced much less bloating and gas and feel much better. My digestion has improved and am experiencing regular bowel movements. I ordered a 3 month supply of the Cleanse, and Multi GI5. Have not lost any weight but have lost some inches. My energy levels have improved also. The powder from the GI5 goes airborne when scooping and is not a pleasant experience as it tends to make me sneeze or cough. Longer scoop may solve the problem.

I have read many of the reviews, but I have not seen any that addressed the burning sensation that the Multi GI 5 caused in their mouth. Every time I drank it, it was like eating a jalapeno pepper. The strawberry lemonade taste was okay, but boy did it burn. In 6 weeks, I have lost no weight and have no more energy than before. Made order one order asked for refund , called bank n my bank told me they put my money back n then same day took it back , plus never received confirmation on one ordered so I told them cancell it but company told me to late . Was got a email saying it was being prepared so no it wasn't mailed off second lie was told to me actually three lies company told me my money was put back n I told her no cause I just got off with my bank . It sound to good to be true on this product n the way customer service talks to you .

I'm over 50 a female that suffers with menopause and my eating habits aren't the best but I do get plenty of exercise. I have never been able to use the bathroom on a regular for years until now. Started taking at night, then switched to mornings, made no other changes to diet and exercise, lost 6 pounds first month, occasionally get cravings in late evening when take in the morning, or get cravings around noon if taken at night. Any advise? Will increase exercise and diet awareness for second month. Learned to scoop powder at arm's length and to put powder in container before the liquid for easier stirring, I'm using a container with a straw to minimize losing benefits due to product settling out of solution. So far so good. I have to be careful not to breath in the product dust when mixing my morning drink. I found mixing powder with tablespoon of hot water helps mix it better than cold. Once mixed I now add ice tea rather than water which helps minimize the peppery flavor. My digestion does seem to be improving. I feel the bloat has decreased. Having mixed with a beverage other than water has made it more palatable for me I do enjoy the lemon/ strawberry flavor. I am still working on my first jar of product. In fact I am traveling this week and have brought it along with me.

I have just finished my first jar of Multi-GI 5. I was a little shocked the first time I used it at how much pepper was in it. I wasn't expecting that. I have to mix the powder in about 4 ounces of water and then drink it with about 8 ounces of water chaser. I am getting used to it. The powder mixes well in a small amount of water. I have felt a difference in my energy levels. I have not had any significant weight loss but I wasn't expecting that anyway because of my personal situation. My intent was to be a healthier me. It seems to be helping with that goal. We will see after the second jar is finished.

Saw the commercial and it made sense to me so I decided to give it a try. The jar came but was not full for shipping purposes. However it also didn't have the correct amount of scoops, but the company rectified this. It's been a couple of weeks and I am down 5lbs. I also have already seen improvement in my gut health. Had Multi GI-5 for about a month now. There was a minor issue with my shipment and upon contating Unify Labs customer support the problem was promptly resolved. A very friendly and professional experience. I have had some challenges getting on a schedule due to a comedy of doctor appts that do not want you to eat anything before labs/ procedures. Coincidentally, I had an upper EGD last week which I thought was just going to be a routine update to my hiatal hernia. Turns out multiple biopsies were obtained and was told my gut microbiome was in a miserable state. There is potentially some pre-cancerous conditions and I'll need to make some serious lifestyle changes. Wow was that a wake-up call. So I am going to stick with the product with a regular frequency and see if there is a turnaround with my miserable gut environment hehe As for the product itself its kinda unique and has a sweet sour (strawberry lemonade duh! Hehe) with a slightly peppery finish. When mixing i have found adding a scoop into a tall dry cup and stirring as you pour in your beverage liquid permits the powder to dissolve better. When adding a scoop of GI-5 to a glass of glass of existing liquid the powder floats on top and does not dissolve well at all. You get a clumpy cakey mess. I also prefer to add 10oz of water instead of 8 and unsure of the implications of that but its not so tart or sweet that way. Also enjoy the periodic emails with health tips. Whether or not they really are from Randy they are still cool and are sent at just the right frequency so you not inundated with over info. The product is a bit pricey so unsure how sustainable that will be for my budget but will keep up with a regular frequency and keep my fingers crossed for optimal outcomes. Bottom line is so far its a great addition to my day.
