Order placed on 12/31 and no tracking number provided, no answer or busy phone and no response to email. I found this page on Wed. and have been reading everyone else's reports and want to thank you all for sharing -- you are not alone!! I have filed dispute with my credit card company and they have given provisional credit and now they can track down the merchant. (I did not pay through pay pal).
Also interesting, as someone else noted, that the problems are recent, so something must have just happened there (flew off to Mexico, perhaps?). Given the volume they must do (iPod accessories after all) I'm surprised there aren't more complaints. Also, if it's the same company, there is hdaccessory storefront on eBay selling iPod stuff with excellent feedback but now the store is not selling items.
I will try sending a couple of more emails and see if it helps. This is my first bad experience with an online merchant but I suppose it's bound to happen.
