Hayat Vacations review: Regarding fraud by giving membership

Dear sir/madam,

I took Budget Family Membership (number HVAUH 200126) from Hayat Vacations in Dec'2018, they promise me lot of things such as discounted air tickets, big events VIP tickets/passes etc. apart from holidays, but now since last six month I tried to call them on all the contact nos. which I have been given but all these nos. are not working, also I tried to contact thru there website but no reply, I invested AED 23000/-, I want refund of my hard earned money, I am attaching there welcome letter for your reference, please help us to refund my money
