I went to hair club for men in Dallas in good faith I paid roughly $4,998.00 for 1 year service.
I found the traffic, location was horrible and that I could not drive to this location without huge danger and anxiety.
I requested a full refund, Aaron from Florida said it was denied, that Ms. Larson from Dallas would contact me.
Ms. Larson was not any help, she did what bad leaders do, she blamed me, said it was my fault I signed a 10-day withdrawal Contract, etc...
I filed with the Better Business Bureau more of the same.
I'm asking all who've had this issue contact me so we can look at Class Action against the Bully, and its weak leadership team of excuse and problem makers.
I never told them that the person doing my hair appeared to be impaired, that would have been in a later situation.
Also, the professionalism of the facility was horrible at best, and Ms. Larson represents the load of losers as its top loser.
Ms. Larsons solution was to lie that 2 more hair pieces had been ordered, not true, that HCM didn't know I had a surgery that pushed me past the 10-day refund time, not true.
It's my hope to inform and foreworn anyone prior to using hcm to take an attorney with you to sign the contract.
Because Ms. Larner, Mr. Brown have know empathy for a person 65 years old, blind in one eye, heart condition, finding out it is too difficult to drive to this horrible location.
One final note: Ms. Larson's creative solution was to send me hair to my home! insanity.
