I just wanted to point out something I noticed. While in my favorite HEB store 2121 FM 2920 SPRING, TX [protected] I noticed that the open pastries were being exposed to insects flying on them and one other times I witness a little girl pick up a glazed donut and smell it and let her sister smell it and she put it back in with the others. Don't get me wrong I love the glazed croissants(my favorite) I still buy them but only early in the mornings when I feel like nothing has been on them.

May be its time to have the pastries in a enclosed pastry case, this would keep them from other airborne issues .
