Guthy Renker WENCharging me for returned product

I have disputed charges with my bank and returned the product and continue to receive delinquent notices from Gunthy Renker despite proof of delivery of product returned to them. When I call they do not recognize my account number.

    I finally got them to reverse the charge and close the account. It did show in their records they received my product but they continued to bill me. The woman who helped me at Gunthy Renker disclosed that others have returned this product due to haircolor stripping in hard water areas which was my main issue with the product. There are legitimate problems with this product and at this point their claims amount to false advertising. I should have sent them my hair color stained "white" towels.
