I ordered sample size kit from WEN Hair Care over a year and a half ago. They then without my permission they started sending more and more product charging my card each time. I asked them to cancel my account and they agreed and confirmed it was canceled - but the shipments kept coming. I finally had to cancel my credit card. I have refused every shipment they have sent - returned through the US POSTAL SERVICE- four or more since cancelation - all returned unopened. Now they send me invoices through the mail for product I refused. So next I send their invoices back with notice that shipment was refused so I owe them nothing. Today I have a notice of PENDING BAD DEBT. I decided one last time to call them and get them to stop harassing me. I was on hold and finally gave up.

This is the WORST company I have ever had the misfortune of dealing with. I will be filing complaints and urge anyone reading this with a legal channel for stopping these rip offs to collect the long list of complaints from this site and use the info to put these scam artists where they belong.

    bought a trial of “It cosmetics”. 3 months later I got another package at which point I emailed “It Cosmetics"
    who gave me a 1-800 number to call. I wrote back to let them know that I am in Jamaica and I cannot
    call toll free from here. “It” said that I should send my original order information
    and they will reach out to "them" on my behalf ( not mentioning Guthy Renkers name).

    6 months later I got another package and I wrote “it Cosmetics” again demanding to
    know who “them” is as I would like to personally reach out to them too.

    I have already spent J$32, 451.56 on the two packages sent me without my consent
    which is the value of the items, freight forwarding charges and multiplied by our exchange rate,
    and I have not used any products from these packages as I have been ill and have not even finished using the
    Trial products.

    I was unable to purchase a birthday gift for my son because of the
    unauthorised charge that was placed on my credit card in May.

    Guthy Renker finally responded to say they have cancelled my account and will refund me for the last package
    sent. I am and looking out to see if they follow through it this promise.

    My sister went through exactly the same unprofessional nonsense with Guthy Renker. I don't want to re-type your complaint so suffice it to say they did the exact same things to my sister that they did to you. Unsolicited deliveries, returns, package refusals and then bills, bills, bills. My sister started getting balls from collection agencies and threatening letters. She explained each time she didn't pay for the products because she didn't keep them. Calls and letters kept coming. Eventually she ended up paying them just to preserve her pristine credit rating and her sanity. I can't say I would have paid for a product I neither requested nor used but it just shows you how unscrupulous Guthy Renker's business practices are. I urge you not to buy any product that is in any way represented by or connected to Guthy Renker. Thanks for your time and for bringing this company to light.

    My sister had the exact same experience with these people. She was getting billed for products she returned because she never ordered them. Apparently it was a sort of deal where it's sent each month but you're supposed to be able to "Cancel Any Time". Don't be so sure! My sister cancelled and products continued to arrive. She sent the products back and then started to refuse delivery on the packages. She was still billed for each one and had no written proof that she had returned the packages because the delivery people don't give those out. The short story is that they harassed her and harassed her and sent her letters from creditors and finally collection agencies. They were calling her at home and at work it was crazy. And each time she explained that she hadn't paid for the product because did not accept delivery of the product in the first place. Bottom line... She ended up paying them! She said it wasn't worth having creditors and collection agencies, etc pulling down her excellent credit rating so she just paid them. I can't say I would have done that but it shows you how unscrupulous this Guthy-Renker Company is and it's a lesson to stay away from them and any product they market or otherwise represent.

    Yes exactly the same thing, lying about the price being the lowest, lying about the price, refusing to stop, had to change banks, refusing to cancel, no return label intended to force customer to pay for refused parcels, noi customer service, no communication with warehouse on
    No customer relations at all. Completly rude and inadiquate service all the way around.
    Doesnt matter how many letters I send,
    because their is nobody reading them.
    Although its returned a month ago they have sent a collection agency . doesnt matter I will never give it to them and they will never stop.
