Guthy-Renker review: Perricome

I received an email advising me that my PayPal account was being charged for a subscription I never enrolled in.
I purchased a product that was not delivered as I ordered; instead, they sent a memo stating that the product I wanted was temporarily out of stock and that they had upgraded me. Unfortunately, I lost the memo and was unable to return the product. A month later, they are sending me a new shipment I did not order, and I was not able to get in touch with them on their site since I never opened an account, and it was a one-time product.
I attempted to contact them, and both the email and the phone number are
bogus, no way to contact them with the information they provided to PayPal
