On 3rd June 2026, I selected seats 10A and 10B on flight GF 069, which were displayed as extra legroom seats on your seat map. However, upon boarding, I discovered these seats were standard middle seats. Despite paying 106 Dinar (£210 approx) for extra legroom, I did not receive the service promised.
I was told by flight staffs that this happens due to change in the type of flight.
This experience has left me feeling misled and unfairly treated. This journey was very critical for me as I was travelling with my old age mother who is having sever knee issue in sitting and folding legs. As a loyal customer, I expected accurate information and services that match the description provided at the time of booking.
I kindly request a refund for the seat preference charge as the service was not delivered as advertised. Please let me know how we can proceed with rectifying this issue.
