Nazeer derlakatte ticket no. 0722135355024 travel from Bengaluru to bahrain damaged when checked in bahraIn in baggage claim area. It was broken I have before and after pic my email I’d [protected]@gmail.Com
I travelled from Bangalore to Bahrain with my family. All my baggagees were in a good condition. But when i went to take my baggage from the claiming are, i found that one of my baggage was broken in the bottom part.

I went to complaint there in the (service) near to the departure area, they asked me to complaint through the online facility as the Gulf air has their own platform to complaint. I complained on the same day through online.

Claimed loss: Need compensation for the damaged baggage.

Desired outcome: Appreciate if you could kindly look into this and compensate for what has happened. I have already send the picture of the luggage (before and after).Thanking you for your kind co-operatin.Best regards,Nazeer Derlakatte
