Guessa keychain i’m buying

I know this may not seem like a huge deal but to me as a customer buying your product I'd appreciate a lot nicer emails then the one I reserved today, I have a keychain held in my bag rn cause I haven't got my paycheck yet and I reserve an email saying " you've left something in your cart just because they're in your bag doesn't mean they're on hold, complete your order. Extremely rude in my opinion.
