Groupon (or Poop-on as they're now known), clearly think that business starts and ends with selling products and taking people's money. WRONG! Just cos they're getting away with it doesn't ake it right. Their FAQ (or F**k you) section doesn't list a single option regarding filing a complaint, being able to converse with a person, or any contact details to get help outside of their lame F**k you options which have clearly been devised to give the impression that there is no assistance available outside of the listed options. The company is only as good as the communication it can provide between it's representatives and it's customers. Even their once monitored email address now automatically replies with "This is an automated reply letting you know that this email address no longer supports inbound messages.

Poop-On used to be great, now they're rubbish in my opinion.
Recommendation: Don't expect any options regarding 1 2 1 communication unless it's about a subject THEY want to hear about.
