Grocery Disappointing Experience with Grocery: False Claims and Lack of Communication

So I was checkin' out this website called Grocery, ya know, grocery.com. They were all like, "Hey, we got all this stuff in stock, come and get it!" So I was like, "Cool, I need some groceries, let's give it a shot."

I placed my order and waited, and waited, and waited some more. But guess what? They never filled my order! Can you believe it? And to make matters worse, they didn't even bother to let me know that the merchandise was out of stock. Like, come on, guys, a little heads up would've been nice!

I mean, if you're gonna claim that you have stuff in stock, you better actually have it, right? It's just common sense. And if you don't have it, at least have the decency to let your customers know. It's not that hard, really.

So yeah, needless to say, I was pretty disappointed with my experience on Grocery. I was lookin' forward to gettin' my groceries delivered right to my doorstep, but instead, I got nothin'. And no explanation either.

I gotta say, this whole ordeal left a bad taste in my mouth. I don't think I'll be givin' Grocery another chance anytime soon. I'll stick to my good ol' reliable grocery store down the street. At least they won't leave me hangin' like this.

So, if you're thinkin' about tryin' out Grocery, I'd say proceed with caution. Don't get your hopes up too high, 'cause you might just end up empty-handed like me.

Grocery False Advertising, Terrible Customer Service, and Sky-High Prices: My Disappointing Experience with Grocery

False advertising, terrible customer service, and extremely overpriced! Let me tell you, my experience with Grocery was nothing short of disappointing. I was lured in by their flashy ads, promising top-notch products and unbeatable prices. But boy, was I in for a rude awakening.

First off, let's talk about their false advertising. They make all these grand claims about having the freshest produce and highest quality goods, but what I received was far from that. The fruits and veggies were bruised and on the verge of rotting, and don't even get me started on the meat. It looked like it had been sitting out for days!

And don't even think about trying to reach their customer service. It's like they go out of their way to make it impossible to get any help. I tried calling their hotline, but was met with endless automated messages and long wait times. When I finally did get through to a representative, they were rude and unhelpful. It felt like they couldn't care less about my concerns.

Now, let's talk about the prices. I understand that convenience comes at a cost, but Grocery takes it to a whole new level. I could practically feel my wallet crying as I checked out. The prices were exorbitant, and for what? Subpar products and terrible service? No thank you!

Overall, my experience with Grocery was a complete letdown. False advertising, terrible customer service, and sky-high prices make for a recipe for disaster. Save yourself the disappointment and shop elsewhere.

Grocery Decent Deal with a Surprise Bonus, but Grocery.com Needs to Fix Their Website and Provide Customer Support

So, I recently bought this jack for my motorcycle from Grocery.com. It cost me around 51.73 bucks, which I thought was a pretty decent deal. But guess what? When my package arrived, I found a little surprise inside. They had thrown in a 99 cent fan all the way from Japan! Now, that's what I call a bonus!

But here's the thing, folks. I tried visiting the Grocery.com website again to see what other cool stuff they had, but it's down now. Bummer, right? And to make matters worse, there's no one to contact about it. I mean, how am I supposed to get my shopping fix if I can't even reach out to someone?

Overall, I'm pretty satisfied with my purchase. The jack seems to be working fine, and hey, who can complain about a free fan? But Grocery.com really needs to get their act together and fix their website. And they should definitely have some customer support in place, because it's frustrating not being able to get in touch with anyone.

So, if you're looking to buy something from Grocery.com, just keep in mind that their website might be down and you might not be able to reach them. But hey, if you're lucky, you might get a surprise gift like I did. Happy shopping, folks!

Grocery Terrible Experience: No Product or Refund Received Despite Numerous Emails - Avoid This Company!

I ordered sumthin' back in Aug 2020, and it's now Dec, and despite sendin' lotsa emails to the company askin' for a refund, I still ain't got the product, and they ain't given me back my money. Don't ya dare do business with this company!

Grocery Disappointing Product Quality and Lack of Customer Service from Grocery

I recently placed an order for 2 bottles of ACV from Grocery. However, when the package arrived, I noticed that one of the bottle caps was broken and a small amount of ACV had leaked out during transit. I was quite disappointed with this, as I was looking forward to using the product.

To address this issue, I decided to contact the company by phone. However, when I called, I was directed to leave a voice message. Unfortunately, I did not receive any response from them. This lack of communication left me feeling frustrated and dissatisfied with the customer service provided by Grocery.

Overall, my experience with Grocery has been very poor due to the broken bottle cap and the lack of response from their customer service team. I hope that they can improve their communication and take necessary steps to ensure that their products are properly sealed and packaged in the future.

Grocery Outrageously Overpriced Cereal and Lack of Transparency on Grocery.com

The prices for cereal on this website are ridiculously expensive. I couldn't find any information about the company or their location on the About Us page.

For example, Morning Summit cereal costs $15.89 at Costco and around $20.00 at a regular grocery store. But on Grocery.com, they have the audacity to charge a whopping $32.31 for the same cereal.

I mean, seriously? The pricing alone says it all.
