Green River Builders

We had Green River Builders come to our house to give us prices for different renovation jobs. Their prices were good and they gave us all the details. We decided to start with one project. Green River Builders put in a door from inside our house to our porch. They finished the job quickly. The whole team was nice and polite. We're happy with how it turned out and we'll hire Green River Builders again for our next renovations.

I signed a contract with Green River Builders on 5/27. They were supposed to do some work for me, like removing the tub and tub surround, removing the sink and toilet (but keeping them for later use), insulating the walls, installing a bath fan, installing vinyl flooring, and putting in a new tub and tub surround. I gave them a deposit of $2040.00. They started working on the project from 6/28 to 7/2, but only for a few hours each day. On 6/29, I paid them an extra $3500.77, which was almost the full amount they quoted me, except for $581.00. They told me on 7/2 that the project was pretty much done and I could use the tub/shower. But there were a lot of problems, which I listed in a document called the punch list that I gave them on 7/6, after the holiday weekend.
