Moving is a process that I delayed for quite some time; the thought of selling one property and purchasing another seemed absolutely daunting. Thankfully, the professionalism that Duffy Realty displayed helped to assuage all of my uncertainties. The Duffy realtors were respectful and kind, and their expert guidance as I navigated the moving process made for a smooth transition. I'm especially grateful for Michael Smith, whose patience and dedication helped me to find my "forever home". In the future, I will recommend Duffy Realty to my friends and family, and I encourage anyone who's considering listing or selling to use their services.

I am very happy to give Duffy Realty highest honors in being my partner in finding a beautiful home and neighborhood. Their services really fit my preferences - I do the searching and driving by homes, then together with an agent, we actual see the home. I want to specifically mention, how much help Abbey, my goto "back at the office agent", was there on the phone to answer my many questions. Then once in contract, Chamberlain, with his calm and friendly expertise, guided me thru the long process of finally getting to closing successfully thru many challenges. His help made all the difference. Thank you all! And now Duffy will share half of the buyers commission with me. Is that not a sweet many thousand dollar ending!

We are deliriously happy with Romany Thomas of Duffy Realty. She answered every question we had, helped us promptly with every query or request and helped us through the process of finding and purchasing our first home. We had worked with two different realty businesses before we began working with her, and they were both very difficult to work with, in very different ways. Working with Romany at Duffy Realty was pleasant, easy, intuitive and an overall amazing experience. I will be recommending Duffy Realty to anyone who needs a realtor, including a friend just beginning the process of moving into Georgia. I can't say enough how painless and wonderful this experience has been, especially contrasted with the two we had attempted to work with previously.

We've now bought two houses with Duffy and sold one. Both experiences have been great. This latest experience has included an in-depth and detailed timeline for both the selling and buying processes, thus we always know where we're at on the selling/buying journey and what is coming next! One of my favorite features was the scheduling process for showing our house; we received text (and in-app) notifications that a request was made, and we were then personally (and quickly) able to respond regarding the request, accept/deny/suggest alternative request, all without needing to go back-and-forth with anyone to schedule a showing appointment. We've enjoyed our experience, learned a lot about the realty process, and look forward to many years in our new house!

Duffy's team was very professional and knowledgeable with excellent communication skills! I worked mostly with Mala, Sarah, and Emily. Mala was very professional and made my listing changes in an exceptional timely manner! Mala always made time to answer my questions with patience. She never made me feel pressured to hurry up! Sarah was my main contact once we had a binding contract. She also was very professional and knowledgeable! She responded quickly and made me laugh when I was about in tears negotiating with some of the difficult potential buyers. We had one buyer who purchased the home, we went to closing and the funds never funded. Sarah jumped right back in with me and we had another buyer within weeks.

Professional team offering reasonably good customer service and seller resources at a great cost savings. The listing team was amazing with attention to detail and we are thankful for their grace, patience, and pleasant attitude by phone. As out of town sellers, the only bumpy part was communication with the contract agent on the team who made things a little unpleasant by taking a disrespectful tone with me at one point when she did not agree with one of the terms we already worked out with the unrepresented buyers. That aside, you can expect friendly, business-focused interactions and calls, emails and texts are usually returned the same day. Duffy Realty and the team provide extensive computer-based resources you can access anytime, at your own pace to have a DIY hybrid experience.

Duffy Realty of Atlanta has it going on! They have everything streamlined for a smooth process. Every member of their team has been exceptional throughout the entire process. They have been there every step of the way. This is my second time using Duffy Realty and I will continue to use their service. I was impressed when I sold my home, and now Im ecstatic after buying a home with Duffy Realty. I love saving money, and their buyer incentive program has me dancing all the way to the bank. I worked with Duffy under its commission share program and would highly recommend. I identified properties I was interested in, using and online searches, then reached out to Duffy. Duffy helped me view properties, make offers, handled the paperwork, and provided detailed guidance to me (a first-time home buyer) on the process through closing - then I got a share of the commission! This setup makes great sense the way we now search for houses. I especially call out the help and patience of Duffy's closing team, when I canceled my contract for one property and put another under contract within a couple of days, then dealt with some thorny inspection issues. It can sometimes be a challenge to reach people at Duffy by phone, but they are responsive by email, which worked just as well for me. All in all, I'm very happy with how Duffy has managed the process and am thrilled to have my new home.

Duffy Realty was great! Everyone was helpful, knowledgeable, friendly and available whenever we had a question. They provided timely reminders of what was needed next and had many helpful resource documents for additional research. There were no issues with selling, seeing homes and buying our new house, even during the Covid-19 pandemic. Using Duffy Realty put over $10,000 back in our bank account! This is due to the small sellers commission that they charged and how they share a portion of the buyers commission. If you are able to narrow down your house viewings by putting in a little time to search the various listings and imagine what it would be like to live in each house, which is not hard to do with listing sites' search filters, auto-emails of matching homes, the photos and virtual tours, taking a drive by before requesting a viewing, etc. We would definitely recommend Duffy Realty to anyone needing to sell or buy a house!

After hearing about Duffy on WSB radio we decided to give them a try when we were ready to sell our home, We called and left a message which was promptly returned. The associate explained their process and emailed us information that we could review. We hated the thought of paying an agent 6% to sell our home so Duffy's process made perfect sense. We chose to use their professional photographer to take pictures of our home. The pictures were gorgeous and showed our home at its best. Our home was listed on FMLS and a lock box placed on the door. Now comes the best part...offers are sent directly to their contract department and reviewed. Recommendations were made to assist in getting the best price for our home. Never did we feel pressured. After some negotiating which they also assisted with a contract was finalized and signed. They made sure all necessary documents were sent to the closing attorney in plenty of time for our closing. We would definitely use Duffy again in the future.

We can't thank Romany, the entire Duffy Realty team, and the entire Duffy Realty team enough for the best home buying experience. This was our fourth home purchase, and it was during during a pandemic, from out of state, in an unprecedented, record breaking, and aggressive market - yet Romany and the team were absolutely amazing. They made the process extremely easy and seamless, and their buyer protection timeline and tips are second to none. They provided us with excellent advice, guidance and fantastic recommendations to ensure we bought the house of our dreams.

I won't lie, receiving a big fat check after closing (commission share) was a primary reason we selected Duffy, and we were a bit hesitant since we were looking for a higher end and higher priced home. This was going to be a huge purchase and we didn't want to make any mistakes! But, after working with them it was clear: they may be offering their service at a discount, but in no way do you get discounted service, they don't cut any corners.

Duffy is top notch, and we would recommend them to anyone looking to buy a home in the Atlanta area.

We have used Duffy for the selling and buying of our last TWO houses and would gladly use them in the future. On the selling side, in both cases we had a contract within a fairly short period of time, including the one about 5 years ago which was not in a particularly good seller's market. On the buying side, we have greatly appreciated having Duffy's support throughout the process. They have provided a clear framework that makes sense of the many, many details involved in both the buying and selling side, and we have been super pleased at how responsive the team has been, whether in returning phone calls very promptly or in replying to electronic communications. They have been in touch with us constantly, which is especially helpful since while packing up and moving, it is so easy to forget critical details, so those reminders have put us at ease that we are on the right track. Duffy offers expert advice that goes beyond having a "helpful tips" or FAQ section on a web site somewhere. After our most recent home purchase, we found out from the seller's agent that our offer was accepted in a multi-offer situation. There were a couple of specific strategies which Duffy had recommended to us, and it was very cool to hear that the seller's agent had confirmed our offer was accepted directly as a result of us following that advice. In this crazy market where inventory is so low and bidding wars have been common, it was very nice to hear that. It certainly helped us land the house we wanted, no small feat given that we needed a finished basement and in-law suite. Now that we have found our home we certainly hope it will be a long time before we move again, but if we do we definitely will be thinking of Duffy.

After hearing positive reviews from friends and family about Duffy Realty of Atlanta, I decided to give them a shot. I used them as a buyer's agent on a new construction home. The commission split was a no brainer, because I found the new neighborhood on my own, and I didn't have to look at any other neighborhoods or properties. I also decided to use them as a seller's agent. This was my first time selling a home, and it ended up being quite the saga. The first time I was under contract, I found out six days before my closing date that my neighborhood was not VA eligible, and the buyer had to back out. All parties missed this detail, and I had to go back on the market after being off for a few weeks. The momentum of my property definitely slowed down when I was back on the market. If I could start the process over, I would've paid the fee to have Duffy send an agent out to my house to assess what should be fixed/upgraded before listing the house. Having a professional see the home with their own eye could've have been beneficial to making the sale easier. There is a learning curve for first time home sellers with Duffy, but it is doable. You will have a lot on your plate, but in some regards it was good to have control. I was able to have direct communication with the different buyer's agents that came and saw my home. You will work with many different people at Duffy throughout the process via phone text. I thought all the employees I worked with were professional and knowledgeable. Just keep in mind the weekend hours for Duffy are different compared to a full commission agent. The next time I look to buy and sell a home, I will still consider Duffy as a potential agent. I'd give buying a new construction house through Duffy 5 stars, and I'd give selling a house through Duffy 4 stars.

Some people prefer white glove service throughout the entire home sales process. They accept the 6% commission on a property that sells for hundreds of thousands of dollars as simply the cost of doing business. What Ive discovered is that I can have white glove service with a cafeteria-style menu to pay for only the services I want. To me, that's the best of both worlds. Duffy Realty and her team have taken the low-cost model to new heights. They've listened to home sellers over the years. They've learned what people want, what they're willing to pay for, and how much they're willing to pay for it. Duffy Realty also knows what her agents need to make on each sale; to ensure their business model is sustainable. Other companies may have similar models. In my opinion, none have honed the process and cost down to a science the way the Duffy team has. Here's what this experience meant to me: I paid less than 1% for Duffy to list my home. I chose to pay buyers agents the standard 3%, for a total of less than 4% total commission. By doing so, I saved over $10k in real money. Moreover, the entire experience was smooth and easy. Everything, yes everything, was comprehensively documented. I never, ever wondered how things worked, what they cost, or whether I should go one route versus another. If I did have a question, the Duffy team's response time to any question I ever had was never more than 12 hours; usually within a few hours, and sometimes within a few minutes! Furthermore, I could not believe the level of experience I received throughout the process. If my questions weren't already answered using their Sellers Protection Timeline (a doc that should be trademarked, if it isn't already) - help was an email or a phone call away. I got my questions answered quickly and completely, in a way I could understand, from a team who truly knows the real estate business. White glove service with tailored pricing so I don't pay for what I don't need. Love it!
