It's just ridiculous! I wanted a full service and they charged me this but never did anything. It's been a week and I'm still here waiting for them to do something. But I changed my mind and want to refund my money. Called them, they started giving me excuses. I don't care. Just give me my money back. This is so unprofessional to keep somebody's money for nothing.
The way you deal with the customers is disgusting. I would never recommend anyone to use your service.

Never seen websites worse than this one. Nothing was posted. I requested to get my money back and was said it would take 14 business days to get it. Like seriously? ok, it's been a month. Where is my money? They refuse to talk to me and solve my problem. Do they actually have employees who are able to come to the phone and pick it up? Worst company ever!
