I have spoken to people twice at your facility to put a hold on my shipment as I was in the hospital and rehab and could not use the Omega XL and neither time did they listen. I said I would reactivate the shipment. Did they listen; NO. Today a shipment is at my door. I cannot pay for this and I have a drawer full. Cancel ,my order period. I cannot put up with this. Can you possibly give me the courtesy of a reply. I will Have to block any payment. What kind of business do you operate?
Desired outcome: I probably have enough to last me for a very long time. Get rid of me as a very good client. This is driving me crazy.
