I am writing regarding poor, racially biased service and wrong billing at Great Expressions Dental (1403 Dunn Ave, Jacksonville, FL) on 09/29/2026.

I arrived 5 minutes late for my 9:30 AM appointment. The receptionist was rude and biased, and I was overcharged.

The stress caused my blood pressure to spike from 117/78 to 200/119, forcing me to take the day off.

I expect an investigation into this biased behavior, a billing correction, and staff retraining.
