I landed at KLIA last night close to 1030pm after spending a long time in Jakarta airport due to flight cancelation. I was tired and wanted to go home early and decided to book a car while still in the satellite terminal. Once reached gate 8, I notice from the app that the driver was still at the designating parking area for Grab drivers. I called him several times but he did not respond. Via message, he said his car could come out because his access was blocked and asked to cancel and rebooked.

I tried again for another 2 times and all 3 drivers have the same problem. They could not come out and giving the excuse that their car was blocked due to haphazard parking.

I left the airport close to 1130 by taking the airport limo. Grab need to do something about this. This left a very bad experience for users.

It shows that at KLIA Grab service is not dependable
