Grabcar Malaysia pemandu grabcar berkelakuan buruk

saya ingin buat aduan berkenaan seorang pemandu grabcar yang berkelakuan buruk dan bersikap kurang ajar, pemandu kenderaan jenis perodua AXIA berwarna Silver yang bernombor VDA 9353, pemandu grabcar yang beroperasi di sekitar bandar alor setar tersebut telah membunyikan hon berulangkali dihadapan pintu masuk di Putra Medical Centre. beliau melemparkan kata kata kesat terhadap staf yang bertugas selepas ditegur secara lembut oleh staf berkenaan seperti "barua punya orang". kejadian berlaku kira kira jam 4 petang pada 13 julai 2019. saya berharap supaya tindakan keras terhadap beliau kerana biadap agar perkara ini tidak berulang lagi. kerjasama dari pihak pengurusan amat dihargai, terima kasih

Grabcar Malaysia extension of 3 months for ehailing

How are you cordinating allocating jobs for grabbers who rush and complete all regulation set by government by 11th july 2019? Dont you grab company think they are more eligible people to receive more higher rate and more request compare to those who are not even bothered to complete regulation or take into accountability? Are you allocating jobs fairly as we could see jobs has been hacked and some are waiting 1 hour for jobs and getting not even rm100 per day and the job hackers are earn more than 700rm every day for short trips and long trips at all. How do you manage all these and where your vision to keep drivers passion to keep with you?

Grabcar Malaysia driver did not give correct balance

Hi grab, justnow i book a grab from shah alam to ara damansara and the rate is 24rgt, but then when i arrive to my destination, i give 55 rgt as i dont have small money to give him, he returned the balance back to me in proper way and i did trust him because he was so polite and soft spoken..but then when i drop off the car, i check the balance back he didnt give me enough balance.. yes i do agree, it will be a bit jemmed as usuall in the morning..but the routes that we had is not that heavy and if maybe he charged me extra money he should tell me first, so that i know and i dont mind if i need to pay more.. at least tell me first.

Grabcar Malaysia unethical behavior

I have book grab yesterday 09/jul/2019 around 8pm. ( HBB4257) Abdul Rahman Bin Haji Abdul Wahab ( Booking ID= ADR-[protected]-8-113 ). I book grab from sri raya infront klinik keluarga to jbr bundle hulu langgat.. I book grab for my colleague, they want to go JBR bundle hulu langat.. But ( I'm very² sad why the driver very rude and angry to my friend ) .The driver said I can't booking grab to other person.. Why sometime I book grab for our guest hotel can and now cannot . Then the driver chat me via chat grab he said why bangla busuk pulak yang datang ? If he don't like tourist/bangla can't la talk like that, he talk like no respect with others. Please take action on this driver in the screenshot below. Initially I only gave 1 star rating and want to ignore, but after listening to my friends' advises I believe it is important that you know and also other future grab passengers will take note that this driver is unfriendly, unpleasant and very rude. Thank you

Grabcar Malaysia about a rental car agent and the company

I have been driving grab by taking a rental car which I have to pay weekly 350, right before I took the car they wanted RM 100 for processing fee it's not refundable, after that they asked for deposit RM 350 .. I was driving grab all the time and paying accordingly, suddenly my grab app has been suspended due to expired of insurance.. so I was unable to drive 1 complete day so when I asked the guy he say he will get it done by 1 working day ..and I demanded him I'm doing perday 150-250 .. if you suddenly grab app has been suspended means how would I able to pay you so I have to consider it n discount my rental for this week .. the rental agent was unsatisfied he ask me to come to service the car when I reach the he wanted me to pay the rental fully for this week and also he is telling this is the last week of using the car u have to find you own car .. then I asked him how come you can make me like this last minute yet he said no choice then I asked him okay I will pass u the car this week u deduct my deposit money which is already with you .. he is declaring that he did not receive deposit ..but I have proof screen shot for watching he said bout the deposit in a text msg

Grabcar Malaysia catching a grab taxi from ttdi mrt station to jalan datuk sulaiman 6, ttdi on saturday june 29,2019

I must lodge this complaint! I was picked up by a lady driver, name of Jennifer Low at above date and location at 5.22 pm. Upon, entering the vehicle, she told me off for not specifying my pick up location! I told her that the Grab apps already specifies the pick up location and not up to me . She responded that she does not have the GPS apps! I then told her that I tried to call her twice to ask her where she was and her response was "I am driving, how can I take your call!" I told her that Grab will penalise me if I am not at the pick up location and she ignored that. She started to complain and I told her not to talk to me and that her service is disgraceful!.She then asks why I am so angry! She is telling me off for no fault of mine and puts the blame on me. She then told me to get off her taxi about 500 m from the pick up point! I alighted from the taxi and walked back home!
What sort of taxi service do you provide !? It is absolutely disgraceful and you better reprimand this lady taxi driver!

Grabcar Malaysia driver uncontactable and giving customer long waiting

The apps show its nearby, but it never show up, and the app even said it has arrived, ?! But where the hell is the car, and i call several times, it never picked, is it a ghost car? Hope the grab company can give me a reasonable explain and dont charge extra fees as i cancel cuz i dont c the car, even the car said has arrived. And im sure the address i put is very correct, so total i waited about 15 mins for him, the apps always said nearby, tipu lah! Then, if cancel need to charge us extra, wtf.

Grabcar Malaysia grab car service in sibu malaysia

The complain :
Today on the 28/6/2019, around noon
I booked a grab car from sibu airport to no. 13, lorong rejang park 9, pekan sibu .
I waited for about 10 Minutes . When grab car arrived, I saw another passenger coming to the car and the driver of this grab car cancel my booking and he took the other passenger who is going to a further destination. I was annoyed because I had waited for him for about 10 minutes and he couldn't give me a good explanation for cancelling my booking . I hope the grab company will take stern action for such irresponsible grab driver and he should be blacklisted by your company . Later, I book another grab car & the other grab driver told me that he had done it to other passengers as well . And he had told other grab drivers that he will cancel the booking of passenger if he got another passenger who pays more to him . Please help . Thank you

Grabcar Malaysia rude driver

the driver was extremely rude.. he was shouting about he accidently scratched his bumper while trying to find my location.. and angry at me because I didn't come to him while he was reversing his car.. and he was blackmailing me tat if I. complaint bout him.. he will complaint me also... I didnt aything wrong and he want to complaint bout me.. very rude... and he said the rm9 I paid is not worth it..

Grabcar Malaysia not receiving referral incentives.

I'm a JB grab driver. I've referred 2 new drivers whom has been driving for more than 2 weeks now. I haven't receive the referral incentives till to date. I feel that there are some middle man whom is claiming themselves as Grab Admin, cheating us and taking the referral commission. They're mainly named as Simon, Nazri and Mizol. Then even operate a grab office at Larkin, JB with 2T Driver signboard which is similar to Grab. My email is arivalagan.[protected]@gmail.com.

Grabcar Malaysia suspended without being able to even sign up

Dear Sir/Ms

It has been very disappointing that I have been trying to use the grab app on my phone since beginning of the year but after downloading the all, I could not successfully register or sign up after several attempts, even after reinstalling the app several times.

Yesterday, I needed transportation and I decided to give the Grab app another try. After I register with my phone number, I was shocked to receive the on screen message that my account has been suspended. I have never been able to use the Grab services at all previously so I struggle to understand why my account has been suspended in the first place.

As I was prompted on screen to lodge a report regarding this, I decided to follow the procedure accordingly and submitted the report. However, today, I received a message as below, which came as another rude shock to me as I have never been able to log into the app, let alone do any bookings, so how do I have a booking history with me breaching any terms. The message received as below:

"Grab has considered your appeal and regret to inform you that your Grab passenger account will remain deactivated. Your booking history shows you have breached the Terms of Passenger Use and we have a responsibility to ensure our drivers receive genuine bookings to protect their livelihoods. Thank you."

It is my fervent hope that Grab takes this complaint seriously as I have asked around and there were 6 other people in my family who experienced the same problem.

Grabcar Malaysia cancellation

Hi, today I was at Johor bahru sentral (bus/teksi terminal drop off point Jalan Jim Quee ) requesting Grab service. Then I found out my hp showed different pickup point (City centre opposite City Square shop mall). I called Grab driver Zaini n asked if he could come to my pickup point BusTeksi terminal. And he said he has to go one round n it's jammed. So I told him I have to cancel n he said it's Ok.

Grabcar Malaysia driver cancelled the ride

Just few minutes ago, i've book a grabcar at Pavillion Bukit Bintang entrance. The driver was still 3 minutes away and l was waiting on the spot. I haven't received any notifications that he has arrived and he cancelled the grab and l was charged 3rm for that. I want to know why i was charged 3rm since he didn't even appear the location he was supposed to pick me up.

Grabcar Malaysia grab car issue, extra charges, same goes to grab food

Grab car driver has been charged me extra for booking hy should cause they wrote down the reason, i cancel the order last mins, when it was, and yes i have been cancel the order last mins cause the driver was irritated me very badly, ask me come to the place he have been waited, sometime i have been waiting for too long sometime almost for 1 hrs, i have keep all the record even today same thing is happen, i can't even control my patients level, we have trust u all to book grab for reach to our office, bt i waited for 1 hrs n last min the grab was cancel n ask me to paid rm 3 extra for the last minute cancellation . Grabcar Malaysia attitude of the driver

On the 21st of June 2019, I was travelling from Sutera Mall to JB Sentral Mall by JMC8910, Mohd Ismail Bin Omar, Black Honda City. During the destination, the driver had took the initiative to start the conversation by talking to me about some of the topics which I think it is not really appropriate for us to discuss about.

The driver was so called 'Educating And Questioning ' about "How I should Wear During Bedtime' as well as ' How To Clean Yourself After Menstrual '. Besides that, he even educate me of "How to do the Shaving of the Private Parts after the Menstrual" and "The Dont's of Sex Intercourse during Menstrual". I mean, i am not trying to be a Complain Queen here, but logically and practically, Do you think it is appropriate for a Normal Driver like him but not a professional and qualified Doctor to have such conversations?

I feel fear for my safety and had to show my best courtesy by behaving nonchalantly towards such topic as I am still heading towards my destination. I had to share my location to my friends incase anything happens to me. I am even afraid that he might lose control while driving when I try to voice out that I am feeling very uncomfortable with this topic.
I HAVE THE SHORT CLIP OF THE CONVERSATION BUT I COULDN'T UPLOAD THEM HERE
#ONLY ME AND THE DRIVER ARE INSIDE THE CAR FOR THE WHOLE DESTINATION.

Grabcar Malaysia expensive grabcar fees from inti hostel block f to per. maju kian huat

As the problem mentioned above, I am a Grab Car passenger who always used Grab car to book car for travelling back to my hometown weekly from INTI Nilai University and Colleges to Per.Maju Kian Huat which located at Lukut, Port Dickson. Usually, the fee for sure is RM42 for everytime which I used to pay to the driver. I have never paid more than RM42 for the travel I have been made with the Grab driver.

However, the price is going up rapidly. Yesterday, I was checked the price of the car fee before I booked the car. Unfortunately, the Grab app showed me the fee which is about RM89 for the travel from INTI Nilai University and Colleges to Per.Maju Kian Huat which located at Lukut, Port Dickson. This means the price goes up to 1x of the usual price.

For your information, this is too expensive for us who usually book car weekly back to Port Dickson. This is because the total distance are not too far, which is only 40 km. Moreover, there's no traffic jam happened frequently for the whole travel session from
INTI Nilai University and Colleges to Per.Maju Kian Huat which located at Lukut, Port Dickson as the driver used the old road (no highway roads)to reach the destination. The time to reach the destination is only about 40 minutes or maybe less than the estimated time if the traffic jam not happened. In addition, my hometown location is not even reached Port Dickson, because my hometown located at a town which is called Lukut, a place before reached to Port Dickson.

I felt very disappointed to GRAB car which your company always raised up the price of the car fee for a short distance travel which is not more than 60 km. Please reset the car fee back to normal price, which is from RM89 to RM42 for the travel from INTI Nilai University and Colleges to Per.Maju Kian Huat which located at Lukut, Port Dickson. RM42 is the only normal price for everytime I used Grab to go back to my hometown.

I WANT TO SEE THE PRICE BACK TO RM42 THE NORMAL PRICE.

I hope by next week before Thursday, I can see the price already back to the normal price, which is RM42, not RM 89.

Grabcar Malaysia taxi service

On17th june 2019 at 8:47 am I ordered the grab taxi to take me from my home to the work place. As my car broke down I was desperate for transport. Because the Grabcar Malaysia driver couldn't find my residence, he cancelled the ride and blamed it on me. When I tried to rebook the price doubled. Also Grabcar Malaysia penalised me with RM3 penalty.
This is unfair and until today I never get any reply from them eventhough I complained.

Grabcar Malaysia irrelevant cancellation fee

Dear Grab,

I had booked my grab at 3:05 pm on 21/06/2019. The car arrived but crossed the pick-up pinpoint. I messaged the driver the location I was waiting at but no reply. I called the driver but he disconnected my call and cancelled my booking giving me the no-show fee of RM3. It wasn't even my fault as I was waiting at the right location and the driver was uncontactable. I have screenshots for this booking of the calls and messages I have made. Now in my next booking, I would have to pay Rm 3. I would like a refund for Rm 3. I know that a no-show fee is when the driver waits for you at the pick-up point for more than 5 mins. but i was already at the pick up point when i booked and was waiting there and he was uncontactable. RM3 is a small amount but since I haven't done anything wrong I shouldn't have to pay.

Road traffic was clear
The car was static for very long
All other grab passengers at same spot had left.
Even the later passengers left earlier than me.
The initial 11 minutes waiting time was reasonable
But when seeing the car nit moving for very very very long i got fed up
It seems like he wanted me to cancel the booking
I got pissed of with the driver attitude
He never inform me of any reason for the delay
