Grab review: Tut tut ride in phnom penh from la coisette resturant to meta house german centre 4.50 pm

Often used grab and had good service.

Driver had no change for 10,000 riel. I anly wanted 5000 change so he went away to with my 10,000 note and and then came back and gave me 300 change. And he claimed that I had given him only 5000 note.

Just before taking the grab ride I realised I only had a 50,000 note nd nother change, so I ghanged at the restaurant and got x 10,000 notes. I had no other money so I knew I only had cash 5x10,000 note. One of which I gave to driver.

So I now exactly that it was a 10,000 note not a 5000 note. I am familiar with these tricks because I lived a long time in cambodia which is why I use grab to avoid problems.

Driver tried to intimidate me into paying more and now my account is unsettled and blocked,

I want appology from grab

I do not want the driver punished-he is poor and desperate probably

I want my account unblocked.

I do not care about 5000 riel; if driver is so desperate to cheat I will leave 5000 riel at la croiseete as a charity donation before the weekend.
