I called Good Year on Wednesday 10/11/23 at 12:29pm to schedule an appointment to have my brake light bulbs changed; a man answered the phone and scheduled me an appointment at 3pm. I arrived to my appoint around 2:45pm and there was a white man at the counter asking for service, a white female at the counter told him she can work him in so she did. When I get to the counter and let her know I had an appointment at 3pm, she gonna tell me there was no appointment scheduled for me. WTF! She just cancelled my appoint and gave it to this "WHITE" man and she gonna look me in the eye, and tell me I had no appointment when she knew dam well she gave it to that "WHITE" man. Then she gonna ask if I been there before, I gave her my telephone number she had me standing there clicking that mouse over 25 time (don't know what she was doing) not saying word (probably guilt) but I did have time to stand there, I needed my brake light replaced due to a warning ticket I received trying to obey the law. I told her I didn't have time and left in dis belief that I was not only lied to but felt discriminated. I have my oil changed at this location many time but I WILL NEVER FEEL DISCRIMINATED AGAIN AND WILL NEVER VISIT THIS LOCATION EVER AGAIN WHERE EMPLOYEE HAVE NO DIGNITY OR INTREGRITY! I am sure the facility has a camera, view the footage, view the deleted schedule, view the service work order entered around 3pm.

Desired outcome: Nothing can replace the disgrace service I received that day. Nothing can erase the disbelief of dishonesty and lack of integrity I witness that day. I WILL NEVER VISIT GOOD YEAR EVER AGAIN!!!!
