I TALK TO A MAN NAME TOM AND HE QUOTED ME A TIRE PRICE AND HE SAID IF I GOT A CREDIT CARD I COULD GET MY TIRES CHEAPER AND SO I GOT A CREDIT CARD WITH 750.00 CREDIT AND I TOOK MY CAR THERE THE NEXT DAY AND THEY KEPT MY CAR FOR OVER FOUR HOURS AND HE TOLD ME IT WOULD BE READY IN TWO HOURS SO I CALLED AND HE SAID TO ME IT'S BEEN READY THEY FORGOT TO BRING IT UP FRONT SO THAT DAY I WAS LATE FOR WORK BECAUSE THEY TOOK ALOT LONGER THEN THEY TOLD ME. MY SON TOOK ME TO PICK UP MY CAR AND I NOTICED THEY DID NOT PUT THE RIGHT TIRES ON HE TOLD ME ABOUT THEY WERE SUPPOSE TO BE EAGLE GT AND HE PUT INVADERS ON I NEVER HEARD OF THAT TIRE AND WHEN I WENT INSIDE THEY GAVE ME A HARD TIME ABOUT IT SO I PAYED FOR THEM AND DECIDED I DID NOT WANT THE TIRES THEY PUT ON THERE SO I CALLED HIS MANAGER AND HE GAVE ME A HARD TIME ALSO SO I WENT BACK AND HAD THEM TAKE OFF THE TIRES THEY PUT ON BECAUSE IT WAS NOT RIGHT THAT THEY TOLD ME ABOUT ONE TIRE AND PUT ANOTHER ON. I HAVE NEVER BEEN TREATEWD SO BADLY BY A COMPANY IN MY LIFE . THEY DID NOT APOLIGIZE TO ME OR ANYTHING. I AM VERY UPSET WITH GOODYEAR AND I NEED TO KNOW HOW I CAN CANCEL THE CREDIT CARD BECAUSE I FEEL GOODYEAR DID ME WRONG AND I WILL LONGER GO TO THERE STORES. IF SOME ONE COULD PLEASE CONTACT ME ABOUT THIS MATTER WOULD BE GRATLY APPRIECIATED. THANKYOU FOR YOUR TIME NANCY MEAD
