I took my bmw 328i 2014 in to get my ac fixed .4 hrs later was told they could not fix it because they didn't have the tools .so I told them to change the oil ..immediately when I left there I smelt oil I thought they might have spilt some on exhaust .I continued on went to snook tx. Turned car off and alit of smoke was coming out of hood ...next morning took it to the closest shop and they discovered a cracked oil filter housing cap put new cap on and referred me to gladly automotive took care there and they discovered oil all over engine bay consistent with oil cap Crack and also found the pan to be leaking i left gladly and the serpitine belt came off due to being saturated with oil and came into my motor ..I sent all paper work to Kim downing in the goodyear complaints depatment
