GoodLife Fitness review: poor & rude customer service

They have absolute no customer service there. the receptionist and the manager are very rude. They took my membership card when entering the gym then they ripped it with a pair of scissor, right in front of me. I was not sure what was going on then I had to ask why they dint care attitude towards me said that they have started using a new card key system. I was absolutely not happy about this.
