GoodLeap and all there contractors seem to work well together. let me explain Solar company does door to door sales get you approved for a loan. GoodLeap pays company loan amount before panels are operational then solar panel company files bankruptcy. Eventually closing there doors..while open the doors to a new company. While GoodLeap starts charging you your payments knowing you are not operational.. Also in the process they put a lien on your house and then make you pay the filings fees. Which gets me to how now you are stuck paying a loan for services not provide and Good Leap and there partners are now scamming the next neighbor hood. Plus your warranty doesn’t matter because the installer has went out of business with the funds you are so kindly pay. Calling GoodLeap does no good because the case you are being told they are opening never gets open and it’s the contractor or the equipment people fought. GoodLeap is a scam and will do everything in there power to blame you the consumer.

Been trying to use this app but the password email with the code is not showing up in my inbox! :-( making it useless. Please enable some other way to authenticate and check your email servers!

On numerous occasions GoodLeap has allowed my technicians to offer fairly set payment plans that make the purchasers choice a lot easier to swallow! I have yet to have a clients application rejected! Keep up the great work!

I created a profile on the desk website and it asked me to create a user id, which I did. Now trying to use the app, the app wants NOT A USER ID BUT MY EMAIL, and when I out the email it gives an error message. And it doesnt acdeot the user ID BECAUSE IT WANTS AN EMAIL , and wont allow the submit button to function f(it's grayed out!)
Fix this please !
