Foxy, guys, believe me when I tell you this, is a scam! I saw some prices that were so cheap that I just had to buy something, but after I made my purchase, the product never arrived! So I contacted them, which is only possible through WhatsApp, and I couldn't even call them! Imagine that! As a result, I just lost a lot of my money!

Listen, I don't want anyone else to fall for this trap. Foxy may appear to be a great deal because of their low prices, but it's all a big lie. They have no intention of giving you what you paid for.

I was thinkin' it would take a while to get my hands on it but the delivery was done within 24 hours! I got the lip balm delivered to me the very next day from orderin' and was blown away. They were quick, efficient and got me exactly what I was lookin' for in the cheapest way possible. Foxy gave me the best customer service I could have asked for and I would definitely recommend it to my friends and family. Heck, I would even go so far as to say that I would order from them again in the future- it was that good! So if you're lookin' for some great deals, efficient service and speedy delivery, give Foxy a chance- you won't regret it!

Mein Foxy se order kiya tha aur mera experience bilkul bura tha. Mere order ko deliver nahi kiya gaya aur khudse cancel kardiya gaya. Meri tarafse message aaya ki mera order hogya hai, lekin sach toh yeh nahi hai. Mujhe lagta hai ki Foxy bikul unreliable hai aur aise hi logon ka time waste karta hai.

Jab mein unko 4 din ke baad call kiya aur apni shikayat ka izhaar kiya toh mujhe inform kiya gaya ki mera order cancel ho chuka hai. Ye baat bilkul haarjanak hai kyuki mere paas koi bhi information nahi thi ki mujhe mere order ka cancellation message mila hai. Jab mere order cancelled ho rahe the toh mujhe inform karna chahiye tha, lekin aise karna unke liye zaruri nahi tha.

Mujhe lagta hai ki Foxy apne customers ki khushiyon ke saath khel raha hai aur inhe quality service nahi milti hai. Agar aap zaruri saman kharidna chahte hai toh mein aapko Foxy se kuch bhi order nahi karne ki salah deta hun. Isse acha hai ki aap kisi doosre trustworthy platform se apne saaman kharidein.

So, I was looking to buy this serum called It's skin Wh effector serum and I got it from Foxy, this website that sells a lot of beauty products. I was pretty excited to try it out so I paid for the fast two-day delivery option but it came four days later. I was pretty pissed but I told them about it and they gave me a coupon for next time. The coupon didn't end up being that helpful though because it expired pretty quickly.

Anyways, when I finally got the serum, I was really happy to see that it's the real deal. It's not a fake, so that's always a plus. After that, I decided to order some more stuff from Foxy. This time, I got Minimalist serum and some mascara. Everything came on time this time around, which is always awesome. I haven't tried these products out yet, but I'm really looking forward to it.

Overall, I think Foxy is alright. The delivery was a bit slow the first time around but everything was good after that. Maybe I'll buy from them again if I see something I like or if they have a good deal going on.

This website ain't no good. They don't come through with the goods in a timely manner, nor do they cancel orders and give refunds like they're supposed to. And if you try to call 'em up to sort things out, they just straight-up lie to you and hang up in your face. I asked for some stuff on September 4th, and when I tried to cancel on the 9th, they went and sent the goods anyways on the 15th. And now they're trying to force me to take the stuff and won't give me my money back either. So just save yourself the hassle and don't even bother buying anything from Foxy.

This service is totally unacceptable. I ordered a toner from Foxy.in for 1200 rupees, but when it arrived, it wasn't properly sealed and leaked all over the place. I contacted them with photos and videos of the damage, but they took a ridiculous 5 days to respond, and even then, they said it wasn't their responsibility if it got damaged during transport. How ridiculous! Even the box it was delivered in wasn't properly sealed with tape, so who knows who could have tampered with my products.

Honestly, I regret even trying this app. I wish I had never ordered from them. I strongly advise others to avoid Foxy.in at all costs. Their service is simply not worth it. The only thing I can recommend is that they start taking better care of their products and packaging. It's not rocket science. Make sure things are properly sealed and secured before shipping them out. It's not that hard! Until then, I won't be ordering from Foxy.in ever again.

It’s been like a whole month, and I still haven’t seen my order. I’ve been telling Foxy (yeah, the one at foxy.in) over and over again, and they keep sayin’ they’ll fix it. But, like, they haven’t! Can’t they just cancel my order and give me my cash back? That should at least be easy-peasy, right? But no, they won’t agree to that, either. Ugh. They’re seriously the worst, y’know? They keep tellin’ me that my order is comin’, but it’s been a month already. Do they think I’m gonna wait for, like, a whole dang year or something? Psh. Like that’ll ever happen. I’m so over it! But yo, when I tried to complain about it, all they said was "we'll deliver your order at the earliest" and never provided any solutions. They don't even have a customer care number for this trash app. Honestly, these people should be ashamed of themselves for providing such terrible service. I only decided to use their app because of their high ratings, but now I know they don't deserve that. From my personal experience, I would advise y'all not to use Foxy.in and avoid the trouble I'm going through right now. They don't even have a refund policy if they screw up your order and don't deliver on time. Like, c'mon guys, get your act together and provide better service to your customers. My rating for their service is a big fat zero, and I'm never using Foxy.in again. Peace out!

I used the Foxy app to purchase a Soul Tree lip balm, which normally costs 350 rupees. However, I noticed that the app was selling it for 495 rupees, which I found strange. The quantity was the same as advertised, but the price was higher.

When I used the shampoo, it had a very bad smell and did not lather well on my hair. I was very disappointed with the product and felt like I had wasted my money.

Foxy is a terrible site to order from. I thought it would be easy to get what I needed, but boy was I wrong! I tried calling their phone number, but it was no good. I wrote them an email, but they didn't respond. It's like they didn't even care about their customers. And then, to top it all off, I never received my order! I can't believe how terrible their service is. It's beyond bad. I'm having to fight to get my money back, which is a whole other story. I wouldn't wish this experience on anyone. Foxy.in sucks! It's a total waste of time! The prices shown on their website are completely misleading and the costs just about double when you place your order! I've had a lousy experience with them while trying to buy Coco Face Wash. Initially, the price displayed for the product was Rs. 199. However, when I proceeded to pay, the price had shot up and become Rs. 249 which is way higher than it should be! Mistakes like this are so irritating and happen much too often at Foxy.

So, I decided to give Foxy a try and went ahead with making a purchase using my trusty ol' credit card. But much to my disappointment, the payment got deducted but unfortunately, no order was generated. I was left puzzled and my trust in Foxy didn't last long.

I immediately reached out to the customer care team and trust me, they weren't much of help. They kept on postponing my refund and I was left with no choice but to write this review. I gotta be honest, the whole experience made me question the credibility of the app and the customer care team.

To sum it up, my experience with Foxy wasn't exactly a smooth ride. There were hiccups along the way that were a major turn-off. I wouldn't recommend Foxy to anyone, especially if you value your hard-earned money. If you're looking for an app that offers value for your money, then Foxy isn't for you.
