i bought 2 cars from biddergy and it was a good deal both times. i could check them out before bidding and it was a fun place to be. it's so addicting!

Had stuff up for auction in January. Sold on the 13th but still ain't got paid. Been told for 2 weeks that I'll get the check next week but still nothing. Don't do business with these guys, they're terrible.

Biddergy is a bad place to buy stuff from. I had a bad experience with them and so did D001111. They sell garbage and they lie about it. I complained to the Michigan dealer department and you should too. They said they would call me back but they never did. Don't waste your time with these guys.

Biddergy is great! I won a thing at a restaurant sale and it needed fixing. Even though I bought it "as-is, where-is," Biddergy helped me out and worked with the seller to fix my problem. Their customer service is top-notch. I'm definitely bidding again!

I sold some stuff in the auction on August 11th at Biddergy, but it's been more than a month and I still haven't got paid. I called them many times, and they keep saying that they'll cut the checks on Friday, but I still haven't got any check yet. I suggest you don't sell through this company, go a little farther and sell at Repocast.

Been using Biddergy for 6 months now and it's been a blast! Got some sweet deals and bidding is a hoot! At first, I was worried 'cause I read some ComplaintsBoard.com reviews before buying. But, so far, no problems. Just remember, it's an auction and most of the items are consigned. So, check 'em out before bidding or ask questions, duh! LOL!

We bought a 2002 Ford Focus wagon on 8/25 for $1225. The description said it was "running" and decent & drivable. But when we got there to pick it up, the engine light was on and the car was making a loud noise. We paid a total of $1,545.41, including title/taxes. We decided to put the car back on auction and take a loss of a few hundred. Months went by and the auction bid didn't meet our minimum threshold of $1000. I tried calling and emailing, but no one responded. In November, the car sold for around $900, but nothing changed on my account when I logged in on biddergy.com. I called and they told me the highest bidder never paid. They said they were going to put the car back on auction. In December, the car sold and they sent me an email saying they were sending a check for $625. I asked why we weren't being reimbursed for the title and taxes we paid, but I never got a response. As of Jan 15, 2021, I still haven't received the $625 or a reply. DON'T DO BUSINESS WITH THIS COMPANY. THEY'RE NOT LICENSED AND THE CARS ARE RUN DOWN. BUYER BEWARE. I'VE LEFT REPEATED EMAILS FOR MEAGAN, THE MANAGER, BUT NO REPLY.

I been waiting for 2 months now and still no title, plate, or tag for the car I bought from Biddergy. This never happened to me before. I need to use the car but my temporary plate is expired. I went to the secretary of state and they said the car ain't even registered to me.

I put my stuff up for auction on Biddergy and they sold on April 1st. The contract said I'd get my money within 14 days, but it's been longer than that and I haven't heard anything. I've called a bunch of times and left messages, but no one's called me back. I even sent them a message and they haven't replied. I don't know what to do since they had my stuff and were supposed to sell it. I can show you the contract if you want.

I bought a truck from Biddergy in ***0. I ain't got no title or plates for the truck yet. I bought it in ***0 and got paper plates that expired in October. I called Biddergy many times and they said they would fix it (like 3 or 4 weeks ago). But I ain't got no phone call or voicemail back. The truck itself is okay, it runs and stops, but it's been sitting in my driveway since October. I can't use it and I'm still paying for insurance.

I bid on a van from Biddergy on Febuary20,2020. I won the bid for $865.00 and went to *** to pay in cash and pick up the van. But when I got there, the van was already sold on 1-23. Derek R told me to check out another vehicle from a past auction, but that one was sold too. I texted Derek on 3/8 and he said my refund will be processed on 3/9. I waited a couple of days and texted him again on [protected], but he said it's very Hectic there. I emailed CEO Ed O on 3/21, but his email couldn't be opened. I emailed him back, but no response.

I bided on sum stuffs and waited till the last minit to bid. biddergy sed the bids would end at 8pm but they went on for many mins after that. I bided on 3 items on 5/14 and waited till the last minit to bid on them. I had the highest bid for that last minit and thought I would win. But after the minit ended, they prolonged the bid for another 5 mins, then 7 more mins. The max bid was $140 when I bided my max of $220, so I went up and up as the time went on. But they sed it would end at 8 pm and it didn't. I have a pic of it going on for mins after that. NOWHERE on line have I ever seen this in their frequently asked questions for bidders or anything else I have read online. They scammed me to get more money for products that were in the $140 range when I bided $220 with 1 min to go and they just prolonged it. I have emails from them while the bidding was going on and pic if needed. Thank you in advance ***.

I bought a snowblower from Biddergy and it was supposed to work, but it didn't. They marked it as "maintained by school. may need servicing for optimal performance" but it clearly said NO START on it. My husband tried to start it but it didn't work. We asked for a refund but they wouldn't give us one. I called them many times but they kept saying the owner was out of the country. We had to pay for snow removal because we couldn't use the snowblower. We finally got rid of it on 3/26. I printed the invoice and original advertisement in case I lose access to my account. I'm really mad about this.
