GoIbibo Bus reservation and seat allotment system

I boarded the bus from Jaipur to Allahabad on 26 June 2023. The booking was vide booking ID number GOBUSMOB2F7BCA5FD9. I was allotted seat No L14 by your booking system. However, on boarding the bus, the conductor and the driver has asked me to change the seat to seat Mo L12 which was also vacant. On my disagreement to change the seat, they threatened me and asked me to speak to the owner of the bus company "Chaudhary Travel and Cargo on phone No [protected]". On speaking to the gentleman he threatened me and asked me to change the seat as he will not allow me to travel alone in the cabin that was meant for 2 passengers. I expressed that he can send other bonafide passenger on the seat on this he threatened me and asked me to deboard the bus.

The driver and the conductor than accommodated 4 passengers on the seat which was allocated to me.

Please look into this and take appropriate action against the Travel Company to avoid any future inconvenience to the passengers.

GoIbibo Goibibo.co: A Scamming Nightmare - My Frustrating Experience

I had a really bad experience with goibibo.co. They keep advertising on social media and scamming poor people out of their money. I've been trying to contact them for the past five months and haven't received any response. When I tried to message them on social media, they kept pushing the timeline back and asking me to wait for 7-10 days. After that, they apologized and said they couldn't refund my money. It's really frustrating and I wish someone would take them to court, not just the owner but the staff too. It's not fair to scam people like this.

GoIbibo Disappointing Service from Goibibo: Hotel Closed, No Refund, Poor Support

I was really disappointed with the service I received from goibibo. When my travel companions and I arrived at the hotel we had booked through goibibo, we were shocked to find that the hotel was closed. We asked around at neighboring hotels and found out that the hotel had been closed for the past 1-2 months. It was clear that goibibo had no control over their hotelier, and despite having paid for our stay well in advance, we were left without any basic service.

It has now been 10 days since I requested a refund, but I have not received any updates from goibibo. This level of service is extremely disappointing, and I would recommend using Airbnb or another service instead of goibibo.

I want to warn others about the poor service I received from goibibo. Their support service is particularly bad, especially on weekends when I had to wait 30-40 minutes to speak to an executive. I have been trying to get my refund for the past 10 days, but have not yet received it.

Please beware of goibibo's service. There are many other agents who can offer much better service.

GoIbibo Hotel booking made thru goibibo

I booked a hotel thru goibibo website on April 28, 2023. Made the payment and received a confirmation mail saying booked on my mail id [protected]@gmail.com. Registered mobile no. is +91 974 *** 4680. Same day of the booking i wanted to cancel because 1. Property owner did not receive any confirmation frm goibibo 2. I did not like the property location 3. Cost was high for the amenities provided. Not even a fan.

Your website did not allow me to cancel though the Free Cancellation policy was applicable. I need a refund for the amount booked INR 2857.

GoIbibo Refund payment not received

Dear Team

We have been booked one ticket with PNR no. BLK58C from Jammu to Udaipur with journey date 28.12.2022 of Indigo flight. Due to bad weather at Chandigarh Airport flight was cancelled by airline company. We have been discussed with IndiGo for refund than they have been done refund process to you which yet not credited in our bank account

GoIbibo Flight Tkt Refund not procssed.

(1) I booked ticket for Indigo flight with Goibibo on 6/1/2023 for two passengers. (2) The ticket was from BLR to TRR on 8/1/23 and TRV to BLR on 9/1/23 (3) Goibibo invoice G06AI23104190106 (4) On same day I called Indigo customer care and got cancelled ticket of one passenger with full refund (5) Till date 13/1/23 no refund in goibibo my profile (6) Also their website no displaying only one passenger ticket rather than two passengers ticket.

GoIbibo Hotel Booking at Marks Hotel, Noida Booking Ref No. HTLDNAU4JKNF3KRM

Sir,

I have booked Marks Hotel, Opp. Infospace (Unitech) Building, Plot No. 2 and 3, Gate No. 5, Sector-62, Noida-201301 for my stay in Noida from 11.12.2022 to 13.12.2022 through GOIBIBO for a total period of 2 nights. I have checked in to the hotel on 11.12.2022 and immediately checked out from my hotel on the request of the Hotelier as me and my wife were conversing in a bit high pitch. Upon checking out, the hotelier informed that I shall get my refund back online through the GOIBIBO support. However, I have contacted Goibibo support several times and latest being on 15.12.2022 with the support executive by the name Miss. Sweta who informed that my booking fees has actually been deposited in the account of the said hotel (Marks Hotel, Opp. Infospace (Unitech) Building, Plot No. 2 and 3, Gate No. 5, Sector-62, Noida-201301) and now they are denying refund of my money. In this regard and subjecting myself to such harassment, I requested GOIBIBO support executive to provide me the number of the hotelier and accordingly the support executive provided me with the contact details of the hotelier" Mr. Tanweer Hayat with his handheld [protected]". On my request also through telephone on 16.12.2022, Mr. Tanweer Hayat refused to process my refund. I even requested him to hold my hotel rent for 1 day and return me my booking amount for the next day which I have never availed, but to my dismay, he even refused to that.

The total amount paid by me for 2 nights is to a tune of Rs. 4409/- i.e., 2200 rupees approx. for a single night stay. My account number with the IFSC code is given below for your ready reference to help me out in getting my refund back. I only expect refund of amount for 1 night i.e., Rs.2200/- so that the interest of the Hotel is not disrupted.

GoIbibo Hotel Services

I am Supriya Tyagi and booked a hotel named Dream Star Hotel & Restrauent at Agrtala, Tripura vide booking id HTLDVATUXPV69HCE for the period 04-12-2022 to 07-12-2022. The hotel personnel was even aware about the booking. The hotel rooms were shabby and without proper amenities. All the facility provided were totally different as given in images on Goibibo. Since Goibibo is a prestigious orgnization we can not expect this. We immediately cancelled the booking and informed to the Hotel staff. This is a very bad experience for us.

Desired outcome: Amount to be refunded after applicable cancellation charges.

GoIbibo Train booking refund not received

I had booked a train BHUJ SHM EXP which was scheduled to run on 27th Sep via goibibo, but Indian railways cancelled the train. Ideally i should have got the refund back, but it's 20 days now .. i have yet not received the amount. The amount is 6575.

I tried contacting Irctc, they have given me the transaction id, and all the required details showing they have refunded the money. Then I reached out to my bank ICICI, they said they have not received the amount.

Hence GOIBIBO is at fault here.

They do not have a proper mail id to send a mail, nor any phone number provided online is correct.

How do I reach out to you guys?

Could you please help ?

GoIbibo Reg. Flight ticket refund PNR: O32S6F

I booked air ticket Chennai to bangalore PNR: O32S6F Akasa 10.15 am dt 23.9.22 through you

Akasa changed the flight Time 10.15 to 16.10 on 23rd Sep'22.

I received mail from Akasa, we will give the payment in 7-10 working days. but i still haven't received it .

This totally spoiled my program and I very much suffered.

GoIbibo For refund of jet airways ticket

My son booked a ticket for St. John ( N.L. ) Canada in Jet Airways ( Name: Tanmay Sanjay Vaidya for a journey date 5th May but unfortunately Jet airways shut down all flights and now a refund of Rs 15000 has been announced. GoIbibo Rescheduling flight ticket

I am writing you regarding rescheduling my flight ticket bearing PNR no. #5QZ GIM- round-trip flight from Toronto-New Delhi-Vishakapatnam.

While my return ticket was on today i.e. 01 September 2022, due to some family issues, I had to postpone my travel. I called AirIndia customer service at [protected] on 30 Aug 2022 to reschedule my ticket. Accordingly, I was informed that the ticket was modified and that I could rebook my ticket anytime within a year. As advised in the email from Air India, I called goibibo thrice to confirm the same, and goibibo customer support ensured the change in my ticket.

However, to my surprise, I kept receiving SMS about my flight today. To confirm, I called Air India and found that my request to withhold my ticket was not processed. It is totally dissatisfying and unacceptable. Following that, I called goibibo and modified my ticket at around 5:47 pm today. But now, as it's more than 24hrs of flight departure, I am afraid my rescheduling charges will be higher. Why should I pay the price for the fault of your customer service representative? I was totally misled by Goibibo customer support. I already raised a complaint through your customer call support - the reference number is [protected].

This issue gives me a lot of stress when I am already in a family crisis situation.

Please resolve my concern ASAP.

GoIbibo Charging extra money

I wanted to update the name on the ticket as there is a very very small typo. I contacted goibibo customer care and they said that the airline is charging money (1000 rupees) for this. Later I called the airlines and they said they will update it for free.

These guys already increase the ticket prices by tracking browser cookies, search history and demand on route, and now such cheap tactics to rob people off their hard earned money. Really disappointed to see Goibibo is the same as other ticket booking websites, just wanting to plunder the customers' money and trust.

GoIbibo I booked a cab from goibibo

Highly disappointed at the Goibibo customer care number 9060-66-0343response on their helpdesk/customer care numbers. My son Marvel Jacob has booked 4-5 air tickets thru Goibobo mobile App. The Booking ID is - GOFLIMT9A3981656749640. By oversight, the Surname was not filled during ticketing of his Singapore to Sydney leg of travel; Only the first name and middle name were entered.

Quantas, officially has communicated to us saying such corrections are possible-but, only thru booking agency, which is Goibobo. Despite sharing the communication from Qantas, Goibibo is saying “It is not possible; You have to cancel and rebook the tickets”.
