I ordered a peek a boo grey elephant for my grandson and the payment was made to the company on 11th Oct yet I've sent 3 emails to there company to verify if I would get the item I ordered they never answer so I don't even know if I will get my order or not.im furious as they don't respond to any email I've sent them I went onto my order placed it came up no order yet they have taken payment yet no email received to say this so I am very worried that I've lost my money not a good company after reading some of there reviews

I ordered a coat.It arrived last week. I have sent 3 emails to report it as not as described. It has pink rings near button and hole threads are coming away.

Does not look like nothing in advert.

It's a very short coat more like a jacket.

I ordered a an Ipad in June 2022, the money was taken out of my account on the 27th (£49.99). I did not receive a voucher, or confirmation of purchase (it was my first purchase, so was not aware of the protocol), but nevertheless, the money was taken from my account.

I have not received it. I have written to the complaints department in Cwmbran, no reply.

I have messaged 3 tines regarding the product I received as it does not work, yet had no response about being able to return it.

I have already complained via go groopie but have received no reply

I purchased the above - payment taken on 7th May 2022 - on the same date £10 was taken for postage and packing. I received the item just before I went on holiday for a few days. It was fully charged when I received it but when I tried to recharge it it wouldn't take a charge. Consequently I cannot use it (please help)

Can not be trusted. Misleading item decriptions, items delivered were different from the pictures. The vendor agreed the return and the refund of 4 identical items. GoGroopie customer service promised the full refund after long delays. But only refunded for 3 orders out of 4 returned orders. When chased they went round and round the circles and still not resolved. I am now asking PayPal to dispute. Don't let them get away as they would keep cheating the consumers.

I purchased the above item end of February.

The screen arrived damaged and has been glued and the keyboard is not working correctly.

I have sent 2 recorded letters i had a reply from 1 letter regarding the key board but this is no use to me with a cracked screen again today i have sent another email totally disgusted with the customer services and would like a full refund.

1) 21/12/21. Mystery parcel. Ticket no # [protected]. Ordered 1, charged for 2. Only one arrived, wrongly addressed damaged and depleted. Refund promised but never received.

2) Desert boots voucher code [protected] ordered in February. Never arrived. Refund promised on 4 occasions but never received. Up to date I have messaged the company 25 times without achieving a result. They keep promising refunds which never come.
