I orrdered a heated guilet from you via homevibeand paid for the power pack. I receved the guilet, but not the power pack. I have emailed them many times and given my adress twice. Both times thay have said they have despatched the missing item and i should receive it in 3 to 5 days. I still have not received the missing item.

Bear in mind my order was place on the 4th of february 2023.So it has been 3 weeks and i can not use the item without the power pack.

Can you help resolve this

. I placed an order with yourselves on 23/12/22 with prime to be delivered by evri. After a long delay evri contacted me with a delivery date, I stayed in all day and they didn’t turn up.On the app they claimed they attempted a delivery and they would be contacting me with another delivery date. They have not done this and I have since been bounced between the supplier and the courier with no answers given . I just want my order delivered or a refund nobody seems to be able to resolve anything

I ordered mattresse topper September 2022 it was very poor quality I contacted gogroopie for address to send it back for refund it took them 3mths to give me address, I sent the mattress topper back on the 29th December 2022 to the address gogroopie sent me, I received an email from gogroopie saying the seller has been in contact & apparently the company don’t sell mattress toppers so gogroopie gave me the wrong address so I’ve lost out on nearly £40

I ordered a fan heater on the 9th December 2022 and still to date I have t received this.

It’s says that it is with EVRI since the 20th December but not moved.

I have been in touch with GoGroopie around 10 times to look into this and even asked for a replacement to be sent out and I am still waiting. To keep customers waiting this long with no real resolution is a joke

i purchased 2 laptops the one 79.99 can't even be used because the is something on the front of screen you can't get past is no good they offered me 8 pounds compansion with out return 8 pound there of there nut the other laptop hasn't arrived 139 pounds I'm degusted with these people who won't even answer email I'm terminal ill worse Xmas ever with disappointed family

I have not received my last order placed a few weeks ago which includes a pink tracksuit. This is 2nd time. It maybe the delivery drivers leave parcel outside front door. This is not on. Todate, I have heard nothing further from Gogroopie, or the Alledged company selling the said drone - is this a SCAM, which Certaintly has all the hall marks of a scam, especially, when you cannot speak to a member of the Gogroopie customer service team, before i contact my Banks fraud department and take to social media to expose this Allegded SCAM

i had ordered 12 pairs of Thermal socks from you.

Today I received 12 pairs of socks which were described as Washington sports socks. there is no mention on the labels that these are Thermal socks, as portrayed in your advertisement, which clearly showed a Thermal label.

I do not want these socks and Iwant to send them back.

Therefore please send me a returns label and also refund my money for the socks and also the money for the voucher. It is completely wrong to describe a product as thermal and then say that they are sport socks.

I’m getting concerned as I haven’t heard back from you for several days. You told me you were looking into my lost parcel but I’ve heard nothing. I’m really worried.

It’s coming up for 2 weeks since this was supposed to have been delivered. You started a dialogue with me and now it’s all gone quiet. That cost me £399. I’m a pensioner who has just lost her husband and this whole incident is very stressful.

I purchased a go pro hero 11 bundle of you and it was due to be delivered on 14th November by UPS. I am a pensioner and I rely solely on my pension as an income. Sadly my husband passed away on the 11th and that was a Christmas present for him from me. I was in and I had visitors coming to pay their condolences to me and there were 2 dogs in the house. It has been raining today. I’m very annoyed that UPS just left the parcel outside and didn’t knock or if they did they didn’t wait for someone to answer the door. In fact the porch door was open. My visitors have checked outside the front door and it’s not there. This is a bad time for me and I am unable to deal with this as I have just lost my husband. Leaving such a valuable parcel outside is not good enough and especially as it was raining.

Two to three items ordered but not received, as money taken out of my Bank Account, kept contacting to get my money back or the products for a full refund, but not forthcoming with information.

Keeps sending me standard proforma message, following several messages via email by a lady from Gogroopie, saying that the code/voucher should have worked, but did not, every single time, when the products were ordered. They were quick in getting the money from my account, but the after sales service is not impressive, to say the very least.

All I am asking for is, after all the emails back and forth, I just want a FULL REFUND of £35.96, as the matter has been going on from March 2022:

31/10/2022 - £11.99

17/10/2022 - £11.99

25/04/2022 - £06.99

Total: £35.96.

Not happy about the fact that money is taken out of my Bank Account, but when it comes to getting an answer with tracking the items ordered, get nothing back - no clarity in replies, whatsoever.

Not really talking about hundreds of pounds, even so, I did not really expect any compensation, just want my money back!

On the Monday 24 October 2022 I ordered the item (22x Swarovski Elements Crystal Charms & 2x Bracelets - £17.99) I paid for it on my card. £17.99 The money was taken from my account on the 25 Oct. The item has not arrived, I have e-mailed the company 4 times, with no satisfactory reply. The e-mail just keeps asking me for more money. I feel like I have been swindled.

The Go Groopie Limited, which is registered in England under the company number [protected]. The company also has registered offices at Alpha House, London, ((so don’t worry—it’s completely legitimate) (I Doute this))
