So, I got myself a wicked BD from CDJapan last December and had a rad time watching it and stuff. But April 1 rolled around and I tried to order somethin' new from them and BOOM they banned the Philippines from gettin' shipments. I was like, WTF man? So I hit up DHL Japan and PH to see if they knew anything about it, but they had no clue and were as confused as I was. I tried telling CDJapan that my country wasn't banned, but they wouldn't listen and just kept givin' me the runaround, ya know? I even asked if they could just ship it to a Japanese address, but they didn't even respond, man. Their customer service was definitely lacking some chill vibes, so I'm thinkin' I might have to hit up Amazon next time.

I've been tryin' to buy some stuff on CDJapan for a few times now, but it keeps givin' me some issues with the payment. Like, seriously, how hard is it to take my money? Anyways, when it does work, I gotta say, the selection is pretty good. They got a ton of J-pop and anime merch, which is exactly what I'm into. The prices are definitely on the higher side, but I guess that's to be expected when ordering stuff from Japan. The shipping can also take a while, but that's gotta be due to the distance or somethin'. Overall, CDJapan is aight if you're lookin' for some hard-to-find Japanese stuff, but be ready to run into some payment roadblocks.

When I bought from CDJapan, the website said it would take between 2 and 6 weeks for my order to arrive. However, when I checked with their customer service, they told me that I would have to wait for 3 months. This was really disappointing, and I don't think I can trust CDJapan anymore. It's frustrating when you're excited to receive your package and then it ends up taking forever. I hope CDJapan will improve their shipping times in the future, because otherwise I don't think I'll be buying from them again.

i tried to use cdjapan.co.jp & they did something really shady. all I did was give them my credit card details but then they went and charged me for the shipping fee without even asking me first. it's like they just took my money without even telling me. I'm so mad about it, and it's totally not okay. I don't think anyone should order from them - they're not trustworthy and who knows what other shady stuff they're doing behind the scenes. Save yourself the trouble and find a different company to do business with.

I bought a CD from CDJapan and was super excited to listen to it, but when I tried playing it, it skipped like crazy. I was so disappointed because I had been waiting for so long for it to arrive. When I contacted CDJapan about it, they basically told me tough luck and didn't offer to replace it or anything.

So, in frustration, I did a chargeback with American Express and tried to return the CD. When CDJapan received it, they emailed me and told me that they weren't going to refund the return shipping cost, even though they promised they would in their return policy. This seems really unfair to me because I only did a chargeback because they wouldn't help me out in the first place.

Overall, I had a really negative experience with CDJapan and I wouldn't recommend buying from them. Their customer service isn't great and they don't seem to care about their customers at all. Save yourself the hassle and buy from somewhere else.

I gotta say that I'm pretty disappointed with CDJapan. I was looking forward to getting my hands on my pre-order goodies, but it took them a whopping two months to even get my package to me. And to top it off, they ended up not even giving me the sweet bonuses that I paid for upfront.

I tried to reach out to them to see if there was anything I could do to help, but they were completely unwilling to work with me. It's like they didn't even care that I was anxious to get my hands on my order. All they offered me was some measly reward points, which honestly felt like too little too late.

Overall, I don't think I'll be giving CDJapan another shot. Their customer service really left a lot to be desired, and at the end of the day, it just wasn't worth the hassle to deal with all of this.

They took my money, but then 11 days later, they hit me with news that they were cancelin' my order cuz their profit was gonna be too low. What kinda bs is that? Like, I get they gotta make money, but c'mon. There's plenty of other good suppliers out there, so don't even bother with these jokers. Save yerself the headache.
