. I bought a shirt and it had a hole in it right outta the package. Then I tried to return it and it was a total nightmare. The customer service was no help and I ended up wasting my money. I wouldn't recommend this Fray website to my worst enemy.

So, let me tell you, I was seriously disappointed with Fray. It's like they don't even care about customer satisfaction. I ordered a shirt from them and when I got it, there was a big hole in it. Like, are you kidding me? That's just unacceptable. I tried to return it and the process was a complete headache. The customer service was no help at all and it seemed like they didn't even care about my issue. I ended up wasting my money and feeling extremely disappointed. I can't believe this company is still in business with the poor quality and terrible customer service. Save yourself the trouble and shop somewhere else.

So, I ordered from this online store called Fray, shopfray.com, and to be honest, it wasn't my best online shopping experience. I mean, it's basically like Amazon, but with higher prices and it took forever to ship. It took a whopping 4 weeks for my order to finally arrive, which was pretty frustrating.

And when my package did finally arrive, I was disappointed to see it came all the way from China. Don't get me wrong, I have nothing against China or Chinese products, but you know how some of those China-made products can be - cheap and flimsy, basically junk. And unfortunately, that's what I got.

Overall, I wouldn't recommend shopping from this store, unless you enjoy waiting for weeks on end for your order to arrive, and receiving subpar-quality products.

I made the mistake of buying clothes from this company and let me tell ya, it's been a complete disaster. The clothes I recieved were so poorly made that I could barely recognize them from the pictures on their website. The worst part? Even after emailing them six times, they still haven't gotten back to me about getting a refund. I'm out $120 and feeling like a complete fool for not checking out this company more thoroughly before buying from them.
