Godfather's Pizza

On 8 July 2021 I visited The Godfather's pizza location to pick up a jumbo beef pizza that I had ordered by phone. The young lady that took my order was very helpful and professional. However, when I arrived to pick up the pizza the weather was bad which may have had some bearing on my credit card not working. The young lady at the register ran the card twice and it was declined both times for both of my cards. I asked to speak to the manager and an individual by the name of Eric Collins who was very rude and unprofessional. Mr. Collins ran the card and stated it was declined. I told him that there must be a problem with the machine or the weather because I had $15, 000 on my bank card. In response he made a loud statement "He docents have money on his card". I immediately asked if there was an ATM machine near and went to the machine to retrieve the money. Upon return I mentioned to Mr. Collins that he should not assume that a customer does not have money and should be more professional. He responded, "This machine runs on satellite and unless you are NASA there is not interference.
