Sonic Drive-In Corporate Headquarters

I ordered ice cream from Sonic Drive-In around 8:30. The message on the screen said it was in the kitchen and would be delivered soon. I paid for it on the screen, it was under $8, but guess what? I never got it! By 9, we tried to get a refund, but they still charged our card. This Sonic location is really disappointing! They need to investigate this issue because if you search online, you'll find others who had the same problem. It's like they're stealing from us! I don't have a receipt because I paid at the screen. They took the money from my bank account on July 6th. All I've received so far are generic emails saying they'll contact the business or offer me a free drink. That's not what I want! I want my money back for the products I never received.
