Unlawful Charges
After not even having insurance with this company 10 days they ripped me off for nearly $400. I called to cancel because my contract fell through and they refused to give me any of my money back. They said it was considered "earned money". I should have known this company was fishy because the first thing they did was take the money out of my account. It took them 5 additional days after taking the money to issue me coverage certificates. Now they refuse to even give me back a portion of the $400 I paid to them. My opinion STAY AWAY!
Slow and unprofessional worker
I applied for insurance in the company www.glquote.com. I recently spoke with the agent, but he was so stupid and unprofessional. I didn’t get how he got work there. He asked my personal info and the paper work was filled during 40 minutes. My bill for the phone would be horrible. I told him that I didn’t have so much time, but he continued. He didn’t listen to me and made a lot of mistakes, and therefore I couldn’t get insurance now. Please, post your comments and share your views about this company.
I am the manager of Orr & Associates Insurance Services and GLquote.com. My intention was to respond to this negative review about my company but after reading it, I can see that it's obviously fake. Whoever published this garbage is probably one of my competitors who must be losing a lot business to us to have to resort to something so juvenile. Good luck to you, whoever you are.

Typically down payments for commercial insurance policies are non-refundable, but we always try to do whatever we can to get your money back from the insurance carriers in situations like this. Sometimes if too much time has passed, there's not much we can do. Unfortunately, this is just the nature of commercial insurance. In no way does this make us "fishy". We have no control over the fact that you lost your job or that the down payments to the insurance carrier are non-refundable. Regardless, I hate to hear about dissatisfied customers.
