This company is so incompent not professional, they are so annoying when you call their call center then you will listen to the annoying machine regardless of you pressing the number that's required. The failing to give me a paid letter I have send a proof of payment and no one is taking accountability. Emails are not answered

Again my account is debited
I had an account with Nestar around 2009, when i sold that car i closed the account then. Since that time Nestar had not been debiting my account as it was closed, only surprised 4 months ago when i discovered money being debited by Nudebt on behalf of netstar claiming my account is in arrears. I have been in making call to netstar to make sure this does not continue, but again today my account is debited by nudebt. What is funny on this matter is that nudebt debit irregular amounts at different times from R178 to ove R828. Nudebt ref no. ND20857688
I paid the money last week no respond from your side since they promise to call me back and give feedback
