My experience with your customer service representatives is the worst. Last sept 25 2017 I ordered a mobile on a postpaid plan. I did it online. The first time i did a follow up is they said they are still waiting for my employer to verify my employment details. i then emailed my employer to facilitate the email verification. Every single time i follow up over the phone i keep on getting routed to the sales department which always refer me to call account specialist because according to them they dont handle follow up if the order was done online only the accounts specialist which i understand because i am also working for ta telco company. But what prompted me to file a complaint is the consultants from account specializing team who if not hung up on me will transfer me back to sales dept when i am only advised that i will just place on hold. That is very unacceptable because it didnt happened to me once but thrice.
