This service is repulsive. I redeemed my gift card only to find that the majority of hotels that are offered are outdated and poor quality. When I finally went to bite the bullet to make a reservation, the website changed the date. I was on hold for an hour, being passed from one "department" to another, trying to get the date of my reservation changed. When I thought I had finally made it happen, I was told that I couldn't do so because I'm not a travel agent and this company is only for "Travel Agencies". Ummmm. No. How then, did I get a gift card, get to the website, and book it all myself? They REFUSED to help me because I wasn't an agent. After being passed around from agent to agent, and then finally a supervisor, I gave up. I am now out $150 and have no reservation. I am DISGUSTED in the lack of customer service and inability to help me. NO ONE took time to listen to my concerns or even attempt to address my complaint. They are clearly only in this for the money and it is a COMPLETE scam. I will NEVER EVER support them and will tell all of my associates to avoid this company at all costs. DISGUSTING.

Claimed loss: $150 and hours worth of time.

Desired outcome: A fricken refund is all I'm asking! OR CHANGE THE DATE OF MY RESERVATION!
