This is the second time I have ordered glasses from Glasses USA and the glasses are perfect. The fit is great and no adjustments had to be made. I would definitely recommend.

The glasses themselves are fine. The customer service is horrendous. You can’t talk to anyone who can actually affect change to your situation. They have to send emails to the people who can make changes and provide service. They take forever to ship your glasses. I sent a pair back to be exchanged. It took an email from me to get them working on the new pair 6 days later. Then they started emailing questions I promptly answered. Then they emailed me that they were unable to process my exchange request due to the price of the new frames being higher and gave me a store credit. Had they processed the exchange when they got my glasses, the frames were on sale for $26 less than the ones I originally got. Now I’m fighting for my money back. Like I said, the glasses are good quality but getting them is a hassle!

I ordered 2 pair of glasses and paid the bill with all the fees and taxes, Or so I thought. The next day I received an email stating I needed to pay an additional $30 dollars because my prescription requires prism. So I paid it, plus tax again, never being told about this charge the first day or anywhere in the fine print. But its fine, whatever. That was Saturday, this morning I was awakened by my phone going off at 6am. Another email from GlassesUSA. The email states they need yet another $30 plus tax for the prism in my other pair of glasses before they can even start processing my order! I'm livid at this point and just canceled the entire order, I was informed it would take 10- 14 business days to receive a refund on my card. I should have come here first.

Incompetent or is fraud their business model. Its been 2 months since I paid for glasses that I dont have. Their promotions are crazy so I called to confirm price before placing order. Placed the order, they sent glasses with the wrong prescription. I returned them, and they asked for prescription again to remake them. They dont provide updates. I used chat to follow up and they didnt have any info. Then they sent an email asking for more money. I said no and demanded a credit to my card. The next day the happiness team offered to make them at the original price. I accepted, but never received a confirmation. Tried to follow up. Chat has no info, they dont respond to email, you cant reach anyone by phone. I asked for a refund again. No response after repeated emails. Filed a charge-back to get my money back. Just stay away.

This company charged my card for $1 trail package then a week later took $32 from my account without my knowledge or consent. I had a trail package so why would I order without getting comfortable with the new contacts? They sent out another package to a address that I was no longer residing after speaking to a supervisor informing me that it was sent out by mistake! For 2 weeks now I have been lied to by several different reps and supervisors regarding my refund back for goods I didnt order nor receive! They keep lying and misinforming me. I have an email dated 10/8/2022 that my refund has been processed and may take 5-7 business days and here we are business day 8 and theyre still giving me a hard time after having my bank on three way to witness the conversation. Today I will dispute chargeback and never do business here again $1 trail package turned into fraud!
