I'm totally confused by the negative reviews I've come across here since I've only had positive experiences with this company. I've now ordered 3 pairs of glasses from them and have been totally satisfied with each pair. I did return 2 pairs with their very convenient return policy. Those returns were simply due to one pair being too small and one pair where I wasn't happy with the look on me. Each time the return was easy and a store credit (which I chose over a refund) was promptly applied once they received the return(s). I then simply ordered 2 different pairs. They have always been prompt with their email correspondences regarding the production and shipping process. I just received a pair today in the mail which were ordered with the store credit. Once again I'm completely satisfied, and I love the look! The frames are always great quality, the prescription is always accurate (but I also supply them with an accurate written prescription from my eye doctor) and the packaging is top notch. They do take at least 2 weeks to receive but I think that's understandable since it's an online business and ecommerce must flood the delivery services. I really hope whatever glitches the business may be having, which all businesses do, they remedy them so that I can continue to do get great glasses and relatively inexpensive prices. I am a totally satisfied customer.
