I have ordered several pairs of glasses from Glasses USA, and they have delivered on all products. My prescriptions have been accurate, and they provide a wide selection of quality high fashion frames to choose from. The only two things I don't like are the reply you get from the BOT when trying to reach customer service, and the that they don't produce tri-foculs in the lab. This is a dependable company to do business with.

I was skeptical about ordering glasses online, thinking they surely couldn’t get all the measurements and fit right. But because of the refund policy & the potential savings, I took a chance and ordered 2 pair of glasses. They got my progressive bifocal, polycarbonate, transitions just right in both pairs. I got 2 pairs for $400, when I normally pay $600 for a single pair! Only the length of the earpieces/arms was too long. That was my error & I was able to easily remedy the issue. I recommend you give *** a try.

I am now at a loss of $279.00 because GlassesUSA will not allow me to return the product that they have unsuccessfully completed my order request. Along with their chat is a total waste of time. Their customer service via telephone is not helpful either. I want to return an item that I am not satisfied with and will never use and the company will not accept my return. The company does not provide immediate feedback and its return process takes months I want my money back!

Terrible customer service, generic replies when you complain about something and terrible shipping.
